Yo, just saying these videos are for the most part pretty good and informative. This one however is totally wrong. Firstly, it’s spelled mycorrhizae, not microrisa. secondly mycorrhizae are a beneficial fungi, not bacteria. You were right about how the mycorrhizae aid in nutrient absorption for the plant. You forgot to mention the symbiotic relationship that the fungi have with the plant; whereby the plant provides the fungi with sugars (called exudates), and the fungi provides the plant with a larger surface area in the root zone (preforming the same function as the root hairs) which ultimately results in better and more water and nutrient absorption.

University? seriously? bacteria? why not just pull this video man this is embarrassing. All cred is lost right from the first paragraph.

Is that ENDO mycorrhizae or ECTO mycorrhizae?
Lack of information in these videos…but lots of stuff to buy :/
(By the way people, you want ENDO mycorrhizae…ECTO is useless for herb…)

Its all about selling products, not about explaining the soil food web properly. Learning how to make compost tea properly will save huge dollars in expensive organic fertilizers. A nice fungal compost a source of good worm casting, molasses, some fish emulsion and the right techniques is all that is needed. This book explains it all

Stopped the vid less then 1 min in. Mycorrhizae is not bacteria, it is a fungal system. Go back to horticulture school…. p.s I’m in horticulture school
