    can you ingest the cbd oil by putting it under your tongue?

    It says to put in desired area but it doesn’t say for what. I’m talking about the oil. I’d like to know desired area if your sore or if it in pain or for why is it. A friend gifted me this and idk what to use it for. Desired area is not clear enough to me

    I diffused it and it relaxed me so good. Took pain/ stress away, clearer thinking, I woke up to healthier looking skin and feeling more handsome. I feel like it kills infections and bacteria when diffused.
