Is it bad to load up the entire tray? Can I load all 50 sites with cuttings or is it better to space them out?

Mine are just not rooting yet after 10 days so trying to figure out why.?
Could cubes be too wet as plants yellowing a lot.! I squeezed them out before use and just spray watered after 8 days.! Should i leave dome on or not.!
