   seedling do not uptake nutrients the first two weeks so ph is not a problem or the problem.being that non of the plants shown look good at any ph I’d say it’s probably something else.also heat causes taco leaf not high par.seems like your problem is over feeding salts and improper water techniques for the grow medium you are using.do not feed seedling any nutes for the first 2 weeks then start at half dose and don’t rely on nutes for quality or yield because a lot of that has everything to do with grow environment,genetics,training etc and nothing to do with nutes.
