How much of an impact would FL have on CBSTF? I know they have some stores, but is it enough?

No love for Surterra Wellness and their 45 stores among top operators? Better per store numbers(particularly YoY) than Verano/MUV, Ayr, Curaleaf in many ways. Maybe they were left out since they aren’t public? Though, they are part of Parallel, which is about to be part of Sunstream USA/SNDL.

Anthony discussed the hyper locality of customers, would online ordering and delivery be something we will see near future?

Also watch out for Planet 13. Recently acquired 26 VidaCann dispensaries in Florida.

I can’t stomach this anymore hearing Anthony V. lie about the Fl market is sickening. Geriatrics& Newer smokers shop at TruBoof& Curaleaf, Ayr . These Big MSOs have multiple lawsuits from OSHA, $exual harassment ,monopolies& Insider trading Kim’s husband is in Federal prison for his part of paying off elected officials in the Fl market for TruBoof. How can you win a social equity license as a multi- millionaire WW whose background is finance .Boris is an oligarch with Mexican brick.A lot of these Big MSO’s have failed testing & spray or use radiation to pass test. After federal legalization is passed we will see all TruTrash facilities sold to the highest bidders . Don’t fall for these lies if cookies is falling apart with such a big street culture. Can’t imagine how quickly Kim will be subpoenaed by congress.

Always appreciate your work. Thank you. I’m surprised on your takes on wholesale, because the bill clearly allows companies to “acquire and sell”.
Would have really appreciated a little deeper dive into companies current capacities vs their store counts and what moves each have begun taking to increase those for adult use. For instance Trulieve has 3 million sq ft for 135 stores, and recently pulled permits to build out another 500,000 sq ft.

Saw someone else mention Cansortium, 35 stores exclusively in Florida and begun increasing capacity for adult use already. Anthony mentioned possible M&A, they would be the number one target to acquire IMO because there would be no issues with crossover licenses in other states.

35 million visitors for Spring Break each year, I’ve calculated tourism alone could bring $1B a year easy.
As was mentioned adult penetration is around 4.5%, but states like Colorado have nearly 20%.
