Decriminalizing Marijuana in the 70s?

Back in the 1970s, President Richard Nixon appointed Pennsylvania Gov. Raymond Shafer to lead a commission to find the effects of cannabis. That commission came back with results that appear to have never been used to form any kind of policy. It found that small amounts of cannabis did no harm to society and recommended against jail time. 50 years later, the report is still cited as a reason to legalize marijuana on a federal level. Officials with the Marijuana Policy Project, who dedicate their time to pushing for marijuana legislation, speaks to Isiah about reasons why marijuana remains illegal.

I have extreme PTSD issues and this is the only thing that I have found that works without any side effects that are negative. Pharmaceutical drugs are incredibly dangerous and the side effects can be incredibly dangerous and harmful to the human body especially over long term uses.
