CBD and smoke shop owners are scrambling to figure out what to do with their products after Texas DSHS issued a clarification that it’s illegal. Many are waiting to see if a temporary restraining order will move forward.

"Oh, don’t tell me to wear a mask to keep you from getting sick!!!     I love how they can just say “oh this is illegal” and everyone just rolls with it. A process was followed in order to legalize D8 and these tyrants can just decide its illegal out of the blue!? That’s absolute horseshit and people need to start standing up for their rights.
