Sky News host Caleb Bond says detainees are “openly growing marijuana plants” in immigration detention centres.
An investigation by The Age has found Villawood and other detention centres are “rife with this stuff,” Mr Bond says.
“They found detainees openly growing marijuana plants in their rooms.
“They’re growing metre-high cannabis plants in bathrooms.
“Apparently they’re growing smaller plants in common gardens.”
Nice, sounds like they are trying to become valuable members of society. Certainly more then Albanese or a Labor government anyway.

When it’s finally scheduled let them appear remotely from the nearest Australian consulate office to where they are living at that future time. This is why so many people are talking about the ‘detention for profit’ companies that are in operation throughout the world. But if you have been here since a baby up to 3 years old and get deported to a place you have never known that is wrong. If you have been in Australia since a child before the age of say 10 you should be an automatic Australian Citizen once you turn 16. That way if these children get in trouble early in their life you could use the threat of having their Chance at citizenship taken away but if nothing else prevents them from committing crimes until age of 16 or 18 then send them back!
