Discussion | Key cannabis bill adopted by National Assembly

It took some time but the bid to legalise the private use of cannabis has just cleared a major hurdle.

Five years after the Constitutional Court decriminalised the private usage of the herb, the National Assembly has adopted the Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill. We speak to chairperson of Cannabis Development Council of South Africa Ras Gareth Prince. #DStv403

The smell of cannabis in the air is unpleasant, even sadder are the zombies walking around after smoking it.

Let’s look at unemployment as an issue that can be managed and dealt with if the bill is put in the correct section… Private use doesn’t include sale of product….

The most destructive substance on this planet – alcohol is legal. Yet the most productive natural plant remains restricted. No thought of upliftment anywhere in mind bring out the gummy bears maybe a shift in the mood might help. No human ever was or is born language specific nor do they have any connection to the living organisms that sustains them you are therefore nothing more than the pretexted limitations of the social environment in which you exist for now, luckily change is always possible you just need to choose it peace&love ana bob
