I have tried two different kinds. One is like tar at room temperature and doesn’t droop. One is runny, but they both smell and taste the same. I’m assuming the runny stuff isn’t as good as the tar like one? Can you refrigerate it to keep it from being runny? I just need it to stay on this metal hook I use to keep it hanging in the cup.
Could you just put it straight under your tongue? Would that give you the same effects?

Usually with real shilajit u only need once a day I think it’s more than enough. In my family we use this and we get it straight from the mountains of Afghanistan but usually you only need to take once a day more than that I don’t think it’s necessary.

The real shilajeet never melt when burnt instead it expands. Try to burn it with lighter if it expands and doesn’t release smoke its real but if it starts droping like a droplet and release smoke its not pure. And if you will smell the smoke it will have a fume like you get on burning sugar. I am from Himachal Pradesh Northernmost Himalayan state beleive me brother pure one is not so easier to get.

Pliability – Melts in your hands becoming gooey and sticky. Alternately, if you place it in the refrigerator to cool, it will become very hard and shatter like glass when struck with a hammer.
