Put your light ballast out side the tent if you have enough power cable, it will decrease the temp in the tent a lot as well.

Based on community data your concept of keeping heat out of the grow tent is spot on. Moving the air pump to a cooler air location will keep your water temps lower = 63 to 73° is correct. Most high power led light sources should be far from seedlings and approx 18" +for veg 12"+ for flower.
Tempatures taken at plant level count more are more important than other tempature locations.

Be vigilant about PH of food in water and of ph of water the plants are intimate with.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts

There’s a thick reflective roll that’s maybe a quarter Inch thick or less, Has a sticky side as well. Bought from Home Depot I believe. Keeps the water at a lot lower temperature.

Put the air pump inside a small fridge outside the tent. Thank me later

I use that same reflective thermal wrap. With a sticky side. Definitely makes a difference

The problem is that the pump heats the air even if it’s cold that it’s sucking from the motor is so warm that it won’t do u any good . It might cool the air a bit but not enough

You just saved me $100 on cooling my two 5 gallon buckets. Thank you!

Air pumps don’t suck air out from the room they are in, their engine generates air and pushes it out lmao.
