That mold is likely mycelium. It’s really beneficial for your soil and should be left intact if possible and left covered because it likes warm dark damp

It’s funny. I tried growing this year for the first time. Thought it would be fun considering it’s legal now. The guy next door was walking by tonight. He stoped said nice plants, then continued to tell me their pretty small and he’s been growing for years. Thought I’d check out some channels see what I could learn.
Well I learned one thing so far. My plan are like the size of your when you started them outside. There’s a couple weeks left. Maybe they might get a little more bushy.
I’ll do more research for next year. I’ll admit, it was fun and they are nice looking.

I wanna give 5 gal buckets a shot again after 13 yrs only I hear 7-10 gallon buckets are better. If U could give JUST ONE itty bitty tip to remotely attain these results it would be so appreciated. You sir are the 5 Gallon Bucket God. We bow to you

Yes, had solid trays ,the same set up as you ,only four plants ,bruce banner ,beautiful, then in oct ,they were stolden ,by the neighbor, now im afraid to grow this year ,but I see yours ,and im tempted to grow just one ! ha ha ,
