After a bipartisan measure to legalize recreational cannabis failed in the state Legislature this year, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has slated the issue for the 2020 legislative session. Locally, cannabis is growing in popularity as industry leaders and businesses took part in the first Southern New Mexico Cannabis Expo. Michael Hernandez was there.
