This guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. They are converting the product during testing almost guaranteed. These guys aren’t talking about how testing works and how cannabinoids work. CBS and Texas Monthly are doing bad work here. You need to understand how testing and cannabinoids work, and if you don’t discuss this when writing an article or doing an interview on this – that’s irresponsible journalism.

San Antonio don’t give a fux!! Selling the Reggie lol from a legal standpoint I get it but other than that why they scared that ain’t 💩. Like I said San Antonio basically sellin some good reggie so that just tells you how weak the other ones are even if they are over the legal limit. Go to legal states, now those places got the 🔥 Texas needs to stop tripping and legalize! I honestly think they are afraid to give us the chance to vote for it because they know we’ll legalize. I hope we legalize if given the chance

Infused is the magic word they are looking for. Its not dangerous at all as the infusion process involves derived distillates that gives you a synthetic high. The process of extraction actually dates bat to the mid 40s and funded by the federal government so it is not really something new, but new to the market for profit. I will be honest with you, I don’t want the Federal to legalize it in a way because they will tax it hard and double the price of what you see in legal states. I mean, look at the price of cigarettes. To date, the top two sellers are Newports and Malboros. On average in the south, they are $11 a pack and over $100 a carton. A pack is only $3 to produce today. They are only over $10 because of taxes. Imagine what marijuana would cost for 1/8 of an ounce with the feds involved. They will ruin the industry. So states should legalize it on their own and for the state’s benefit only Texas need to join the band wagon. Its a huge state and can rival California in sales easily. Right now, it is only illegal in Texas because it is an oppressive drug that millions use everyday at the risk only for their freedom, this pumping money into the justice system.

I dont like how some states allow you to just buy a quarter pound a day. That is ridiculous. There is absolutely no way period you can use that much in a day. You shouldnt even allow a QP to be purchased like that. Your making everyone a pot Dealer with that much. People dont need that much like NY, Colorado, etc. im a big smoker and its just not reasonable to allow a QP on a person.

THE PEOPLE MAKING THE BIGGEST STINK/COMPLAINT ABOUT HEMP IN TEXAS IS THE – ONLY – LEGAL MARIJUANA DEALER IN THE STATE FOR MEDICAL USE!! AND THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE COMPLAINING IS BECAUSE HEMP IS KILLING THEM IN SALES IN THE STATE!!
WHY PAY 150.00 FOR A WEAK 8TH OF POT , WHEN YOU CAN GET 7 GRAMS OF HEMP FOR 50.00?!!

I lost my job as a lead in a manufacturing factory for four years started using hemp in CBD products for my migraines that I have from post COVID and had to take a drug test bc of a work related incident and came up dirty for THC thru concentra labs my manager in supervisor tried to fight for me to stay but human resources would not allow it they instantly terminated my position once they got the results I had just got a new apartment and lost my job and had my system dirty for THC what a nightmare I was able to find employment elsewhere but I wish that is was legal I never used it at work only in the evening or when I had migraines outside of work I don’t drink or do anything else but was truly using it for medical purposes because I can’t take alot of meds . I have cirrhosis. I asked human resources if I had a green card would have been able to keep my job an they said No ! Now I just use different types of teas instead and vitamins

NOPE. As long as Abbott, & other fundie nut jobs like him think we don’t need it, I will never get my medicine legally in TX. Meanwhile, over half the country can just go to a store & buy it. Ridiculously UNFAIR.

  31. @secretw533 on July 29, 2024 at 12:19 pm

  32. @BigRichardStrikes on July 29, 2024 at 12:22 pm

Why are y’all some dumb? Why did y’all act like you didn’t do your due diligence? You know how a COA is created. It’s hemp. It’s always been a lie hemp doesn’t get you high. Some vary. What cartel asked you to put pressure on the legal hemp industry anyway? Y’all both sound like stupid nannies. 😭😭

  38. @notanaftagent8444 on July 29, 2024 at 12:31 pm

The testing machine that you use to test the cannabis adds heat to the cannabis plant therefore changing its makeup turning the thca into THC but you know that’s just basic science the news should know basic science right 😂

  39. @wetokebitcoins1769 on July 29, 2024 at 12:34 pm

they are on every corner and texas has not burned to the ground. legalize the real thing.

  48. @jcortes3930 on July 29, 2024 at 12:41 pm

So people are getting their moneys worth

  49. @joruscbaoth1192 on July 29, 2024 at 12:42 pm

The test is false if you send your samples to a "THC" testing facility. These people test psychoactive THC and CBD. They use heat to do so, which changes the chemical structure. You need to send samples to places that test THC-A. They don’t use a method that involves heat.

Lol I like how he said at the end it’s not illegal for minors to buy it as if some smoke shop out there is even letting minors in the door 😂
