Randy Caine is a community advocate and a harm reductionist who made legal history when he challenged the fairness of Canada’s cannabis laws in 2003. The owner of Hempyz Gifts & Novelties in Langley, British-Columbia, he is waiting not so patiently for the green light to sell cannabis in his stores. He spoke to us about what legal cannabis in Canada looks like 10 months after the legalization of recreational cannabis.
