How I Keep My Mother Plants Manageable.

How I Keep My Mother Plants Manageable.

So basically… this is a form of bonsai, but without trimming the roots. I use this method to keep my mother plants very small and on the shelf, so-to-speak. If I know I won’t need clones from a mother any time soon… I will treat that mother like you see in this video. Doing this makes life MUCH easier in the garden. Saves a ton of space and cuts out a lot of headaches.

    Hi composer
Do you run these under fluorescent tube lighting ,if so do you use cool white or just normal white tubes.
And what nutrient levels are best .

I really like how to you control mother plant. Can i ask you 1 question? How to apply nutrients to maintain the mother plant to the minimum without adversely affecting the plant. Thanks you so much ❤

Do you think bonsai pots would be better suited to small mother plants? Easier to trim roots etc.

How long before you have to replace the mother and do can you keep her in those small pots forever or do the roots eventually outgrow it?
