I have a rooting powder but made from seaweed, I love growing all plants but to date I have had no luck with any cuttings using this Doff Natural rooting powder and just wish to ask have you or anyone heard of this or is it a complete waste of time? You should have 1. an quick explanation of what the cloning machine does, and 2 let us see how the clones go in the soil outside and how they develop in a few weeks. Cloning is not practical with auto seeds, is it?

Using alcohol is not a good way to sterilize. You need to use 10 to 15 % bleach. Alcohol does NOT kill viruses, and the biggest threat to the industry right now is hop latent viroid. HLVd. If you’re going to teach people about any process, best practices need to be followed. This is AIDS for plants. It’s really serious. Thank you

Nice demonstration! The early yellowing in the cuttings comes from the mother plant having deficiencies for any one wondering. You can see them at 3:12. Ideally cuttings should sustain color for a few weeks and have developed roots after about a week to a week and a half.
Never use scissors. It pinches the cutting and can create an embolism a air pocket and clog up the stem. Use a very sharp knife and make a cut just below the node from the top of plant where the auxins are (growth hormone for stem elongation) your welcome
