Great video. My aeroponics easy cloner has been a major game changer for me. I was just going to make my own but I figured up the cost for everything and at most I was only saving 20.00. So I just bought one off of evil amazon for 105.00 . By the way for anyone that is interested all profits from my channel will be used to buy people their personal cannabis grow license.

Not a bad video. Somethings are not necessary. And somethings you didn’t mention.

I’ve been cloning with aero for about 10 years now.
I purchased my first aero cloner.
    Then I built 4 more.
I grow with aeroponics also. No soil.
I built 4 aero systems to grow with.
Each system consists of 2, 21 site grow chambers with 1 reservoir.
When I built my aero cloners, I made them with 21 grow site’s also.

I keep all 5 of my aero cloners running all the time.

I run my aero systems on a 2 week rotation.
Which means I harvest one system ( 42 plants ) every 2 weeks.
Which in turn means I need 42 clones every 2 weeks.
To keep the 2 week rotation going.

This is how I would start my clones.
First off I have 4 different mother plants.
I start by taking clones off of one mother.
I will take a clone and put it in a cup of water. Untill I have 10 clones in the cup.

I already have just plain tap water in the aero cloner.
And it is running. And all the grow sites have inserts in them, so the water doesn’t spray everywhere.

I take one clone out of the cup and cut the end of the clone again and put it into a insert and install it into the cloner. Then I do the same thing with the next 9. Until the cup is my.
Now if I would have taken those 10 clones and just sat them on the floor.
The ends start closing up and the clones will start dieing. And by the time I get those 10 clones in the cloner, they would look dead and maybe one of them would root.

Like I said I use just plain tap water no gel no nothing.

So now I take the balance of the clones I need to fill up 2 cloners ( 42 clones ).
And I do the same thing, put them in the cup. Cut the ends and into the cloner.

In 5 days I start getting roots and in 10 days they ALL have roots.
I let them go for 17 days to establish some roots.
Then they get transferred into one of my aero systems to grow.
    Straight into 12/12. No veg.

Like I stated I’ve been doing this for 10 years.
And I have a 100 percent success rate. EVERYTIME.

I sell hundreds of clones every month. And have never had any complaints or returns.

The most important thing is that you have to keep the ( plain tap water ) under 70 degrees.
If you do that you will not get any kind of mold.

Another very important thing is NEVER and I mean NEVER use a humidity dome with a aero cloner.
You will always get mold at the base of your stem by the insert.

I don’t care what any moron might say don’t do it. You will be sorry.

    Anyway good luck to everyone.
    Later..

    Collar blind

  6. Elijah Wu on June 26, 2022 at 3:45 pm

You should those glasses for colorblindness, try all sorts of random plants, I hope to try propagating nepenthes ventricosa, a carnivorous plant, pitcher plant, by aeroponics.

  7. Maya Delion on June 26, 2022 at 3:45 pm

I assume the tops of the plants need direct sunlight or grow lamps with this system?

  8. liquid ambar on June 26, 2022 at 3:45 pm

So for 200 USD you basically get a plastic container, an aquarium pump, a plastic manifold and some foam pads?

  9. Pura Vida on June 26, 2022 at 3:45 pm

All of my Basil OG is between 1A and 1E. )) I had built one out of a storage tote. Works great. Costs much less. H2O2 works just fine to keep the system pathogen-free. No PH-ing necessary. Just keep the water clean and cool and do not allow any power interruptions. The gel doesn’t do anything to help the cuttings root in this system. It gets rinsed off right away. In any case, you can stick your freshly cut clones into a slice of aloe vera and keep them in the pulp for a couple of minutes before planting them. The results are great.

  10. Mike Bainter on June 26, 2022 at 3:46 pm

Can you use the propagating gel for the water in jar method? or should i go just straight water

  11. Phil’s Chop Shop on June 26, 2022 at 3:46 pm

    Purple-ish. Yes

  12. J C King on June 26, 2022 at 3:48 pm

Did I miss the link to correcting the pH???

  13. Maya Delion on June 26, 2022 at 3:49 pm

How often does that water need to be changed?

  14. Victoria Perez on June 26, 2022 at 3:50 pm

I work in a garden center at a hardware store. I take clippings home all the time to propagate them. My coworkers and I call it "illegally downloading plants". I have some really nice pots full of purslane though! XD

  15. Nick York on June 26, 2022 at 3:51 pm

Gardening noob here — can most plants be propagated in this way? Specifically crocus plants

  16. mezleona on June 26, 2022 at 3:55 pm

Its lavender color, light purple lol

  17. Lisa T on June 26, 2022 at 3:58 pm

I Love your channel!!! Can you do an update on the display model that you showed at the end, and let us know how it worked? Also, do the EZ Clone machines need a fan to keep the roots from rooting? Thanks

  21. R Rekki on June 26, 2022 at 4:02 pm

Yo have you tried those glasses for the color-blind?

  22. GeoAeroponic on June 26, 2022 at 4:06 pm

delivers way too much water to be called aeroponic 😉

  23. Divine Intellect on June 26, 2022 at 4:08 pm

Yo why do you folks keep telling people to use cloning gel in a aeroponic cloner? It does nothing but wash off the moment the water hits. You do not need gel with ez cloners. If you want the put nutes in the water

  24. Hello Hello on June 26, 2022 at 4:09 pm

can u try petunia and impatiens or new guinea impatiens? thanks

  25. Shiva on June 26, 2022 at 4:10 pm

Very interesting. What about fruit trees such as the stone fruits? Any chance they could be propagated in this way?

  26. glowing unknown on June 26, 2022 at 4:11 pm

    that’s orange, not purple.

you did a good job putting the Misters in.

  35. Carly Beam on June 26, 2022 at 4:20 pm

It’s purplish, you were right. Super interesting video! Always so helpful and teaching me things I never knew about gardening.

  36. Hello Hello on June 26, 2022 at 4:21 pm

you’re lucky… is this sponsored??? this is freakin expensive.. i want one.. huhuhu

  37. Growing Together on June 26, 2022 at 4:22 pm

STEP ONE BUILD SOMETHING FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE THIS THING IS STUPID.

STEP TWO KEEP EVERYONE OUT OF YOUR TENT NO ONE TOUCHES YOUR PLANTS.

STEP THREE SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A ROOTING HORMONE NOT THIS. "CLONEX"

YOU CAN ROOT IN A WATER BOTTLE WITH CLONEX SOLUTION .

  38. TheMachFive Pets on June 26, 2022 at 4:24 pm

The BF had a grow set up for cannabis. I frequently stuck my house plants and seedlings in there. They did 10x better. But I never got to see them, cause they were in the plant room. 😆 its sense down, and we dont have anymore house plants , cause we have 3 cats.. Got sick of all the messes.. And the walls aren’t good enough for plant shelves.. 😆 I just stick to outside gardening now.
Which is better for my sane-ness. Caring for plants inside and outside is too much for me. Espically sense the outside garden gets bigger each year.

  39. MAGNETRON - MAGNET FISHING on June 26, 2022 at 4:24 pm

its not the cost of rooting gell , its where all those hormones end up , in th water supply one way or another, imagine what all of the 1000’s of bottles of hormone stuff tipped into nature would do? I dont know , it might be harmless, but seeing as its got warning on it, i dont think so. I,m not preaching, people just dont realise. Your alright mate ! Good vid. Cheers.

  40. Robin on June 26, 2022 at 4:25 pm

    Clone ALL the house plants!

  41. Chantelle Jepson on June 26, 2022 at 4:25 pm

You inspired me to purchase my very own E Z Clone. So exciting!!

  42. Ethan B on June 26, 2022 at 4:26 pm

After putting your clear rez in the reservoir, the PH will have most likely shifted. PH is Always the Last thing to be done when mixing for hydro/areoponic becasue FYI and dont forget to watch the EC and PH over time as the plants take up water your EC and PH will fluctuate

  43. Little Lee Gardens on June 26, 2022 at 4:27 pm

Good info there. I know this is an older vid but wanted to say that Rosemary roots very easily for me in just plain water on the window sill. May be faster in your system tho. TFS

  44. TheMachFive Pets on June 26, 2022 at 4:28 pm

I also want to start propagating plants for the garden. Like Hydrangea, and a few shrubs. Few problem though, we only have 1 south facing window, animals, no table.. Hahahhaha.
May start this early next Spring and do the cuttings outside , right in soil.. Cause I dont have a green house. Only a shed, with 0 light. 😆

  45. Marna Lister on June 26, 2022 at 4:29 pm

That’s really cool. I’ve had good luck propagating geraniums, actually pelargoniums, in a jar on my kitchen windowsill in plain tap water. It takes a long while for the roots to develop.

  46. Alexander Dowding on June 26, 2022 at 4:30 pm

Hi. Just watched your video for the first time. I have a few questions (which may have already been asked/answered further down in the comment section so sorry if they have). 1) Did you use a plastic cover/propagator lid to maintain higher humidity around the leaves of the cuttings? 2) Could using a heating mat underneath the reservoir tank have helped to speed up rooting? 3) Likewise for supplemental lighting from for example T5 fluorescents, perhaps would have activated faster growth and therefore speeding up development of roots on the cuttings? Many thanks for any feedback that you can give me!

  47. Graeme Couch on June 26, 2022 at 4:33 pm

Why does every single ez clone review not mention misting or humidity dome use.!

  48. Germaine Ludik on June 26, 2022 at 4:33 pm

Interested to know how the roots are going to do in the transparent system as I thought roots are not too keen on light?

  49. turboterps on June 26, 2022 at 4:34 pm

Haha cannabis market is so far ahead its amazing. Also an amazing plant

  50. goagatago on June 26, 2022 at 4:36 pm

Do you run the pump the whole time? Or just a certain amount of hours per day?
