How to dry, cure and store your weed harvest | Leafly Homegrow Series
Now that you’ve harvested your plants, time to finish up the dry and cure. Author Johanna Silver gives us some quick tips on dry trimming (hint: it’s not that different from wet trimming, just less sticky) and storing your cannabis.
Thanks bestie. Can I use plastic bags to cure
What happened to the Freakshow that you planted?
I LOVE YOU ! 💋 desde 🇦🇷
Good reggies 🔥🔥🔥
Can you dry weed in the sun?
Why in a dark room?
Just curious!
Not being funny but ive trimmed so much it makes me just sick thinking about it all by hand. my buds would look photo quality why, becasuse i trim when wet the and leaves are pretruding from the plant easy to spot and trim. Also fan leaves contain alot of cholorphil and you dont want that leeching into the plant period. This is why i hate the term home grown because go into a dispenary mine would be firmly on the top shelf
Never ever ever wet trim
Use a trim tray. You’re dropping all those heads!
Thanks to joana
Ok I’m on day 5 of drying my buds have the popcorn sound and they feel dry but branches are still bending not snapping I’m assuming wait a few more days
85 inside there is way to hot, an invite for pests and rotting. 75 is perfect.. with 55 – 60rh
i have some vacuum containers. Are these good for storage?
I would also highly recommend her (Johanna Silver) book "Growing Weed In The Garden".
Thanks for you tips!
what’s wrong with the world
Do you have a link suggestion for the two way moisture pack? Looks like a great idea. Nice simple vid! Thanks.
You should teach me how to grow
Like it! Greetings from Amsterdam))
DO NOT TRIM DRY ITS A NOOB METHOD, ALso the plant will take so much longer to dry….. Also its perfect for mold to grown between wet leaves. Just so nooblike
lies detected
Beautiful girl
It doesn’t look like much trimming was done prior to curing.
u r gorgeous
You are the Bomb! First time grower here, and your videos are perfect!
that is some of the most mid weed there no point in even curing that
Shame on leafly
Why did this seem more like an ad selling a bunch useless crap then actual tips to drying your buds
Great vid thanks for all the info!
why is hila klein telling me how to store my weed
Umm, I don’t think she mentions how long to dry or cure it well this didn’t help at all.
Can I take you out
Free the twins ✊🏻 pop the puppies 🐶 🐶

Wow so simple! I didn’t know I could dry in a jar!
I wouldn’t be able to smoke that garbage. Maybe make some hash with it
Coolest mom ever
I need help? I like how gave advice in this video
Hi Joanna ! I’m a second time / year "backyard, small batch" grower. This is the first year I’ve really done research and watched hours of info and your video has been THE most effective, to ME. It’s easy to understand and follow. I did what you said and left some leaf on for protection, and did the popcorn sound test. So far, my yield is perfect !
wow I actually enjoyed this simple explanation. thanks for the video. some people make shit more complicated than it needs to be
Do NOT listen to this woman, she has NO CLUE what’s she’s doing. Just look at her weed "pruning" video
Great video
You should get the buds into the burping containers before the branches are snapping lol. If it’s too dry it won’t cure right and be harsh.
All these video be bad info u dry for 7 days temp no more 75 and humidity 50 to 60 but I prefer 55 in between cause the buds won’t be super crispy
You’re thee Worst weed grower, harvester, dryer, curer EVER!!
What a shame this wonderous safe herb is illegal in Australia for use by adults.
Yet harmful drugs as tobacco & alcohol are totally legal.
1:48 I always heard to fill jars 75%, but you are now the 2nd growmie on YouTube that is saying to fill them 100%/just make sure it’s not super compressed. Is there a reason you do 100% and not 75? Thanks!
