Wish you’d gone into depth about paper work you needed to apply on the Oklahoma state site. Yes I’m aware that the requirements are on the website but they’re very vague as far as what IDs and proof of residency you need.

If anyone is curious, a medical card will not be reported on back ground checks, ie for getting a job or buying firearms since hiipa applies. Just in case that’s a concern for you.
