How to Make Tissue Culture Media (Demo)

Happy to answer any questions in the comments! Making tissue culture media is the easiest part of the micropropagation process because it doesn’t need to be done in sterile conditions, since we autoclave it. Be careful with the pressure cooker. In the future, I do plan to make a video specifically about using a pressure cooker as an autoclave.

Very helpful! You just earn a sub. I have questions. For tc jar, is it necessary to have small ventilation hole? Ive seen some use air tight glass jar. Which one better? Do tc plants even need ventilation?

How long it takes from zero to 100 percent? I mean to do through all stages of TC to the point of acclimation? Like 30 weeks?
