Do you use pH every time you feed ?
Excellent detail! Really appreciate the explanations. Didn’t know to wait 10-15 mins in between pH testing or that shake/stir well was required! One note, I read that it’s better to create a diluted cup of pH adjuster, then incrementally add from that into the main mixed nutrients because sudden drops in pH can damage the nutrient solution ("lockout" or something like that…). Thanks so much!
How do you do this with hydroponics?
So if using 5 gallon buckets with this hydro solution and changing the water about every 2 weeks or so, depending on when needed, how much of each should I use for 5 gallons of water with no cycling? TIA Jeremy

I have a quick question , in my hydroponic I was taught PPM should be around 800-1200. But when I use these nutrients, PPM is way less . Will that still work ?
Always do half of what it says on the bottle or you will end up burning your plants. This stuff is amazing just as long as you don’t over do it.

My son just bought me a hydroponic grow kit it’s 3.8 liters so how much of the mixed solution do I need
can i mix 10 gallons worth in a 5 gal bucket and add to 5 gallons of water already in the tub?
Can I empty my weekly nutrient water into a bucket and dump that in a raised dirt bed garden? Or is that change out solution no good ?

The feeding chart is stupid. Who can measure down to a . anything when it comes to ml. Come on 4.2 ml??? Yeah right.
I do have problems
Mix in this order:
1. Armor Si
2. CaliMagic
3. Micro
4. Gro
5. Bloom
6. Floralicious
7. Koolbloom
8. Any other additives
9. pH your water
10. Feeeeeeed the girls!
I also use synthetic nutes on a FEED, FEED, PLAINWATER kind of schedule.

Ok so…. if I get this right. I have my system, 5 – 5gallon buckets. if its 4.92ML or 1/4 teaspoon per gallon. Per bucket I should be adding 24.6ML or 1.25 TSP. Did I get that right or are my mathematical skills fucking me over once again?
This is completely wrong-will potentially cause nutrient lock out if you follow these instructions 😬Micro first and mix, flora and mix, bloom and mix. Rinse syringe between and use separate containers for each or rinse between. This video should be taken down. Terrible advice.

(10 gallon fabric, 3 gallon nursery pots. Peat moss base w/perilite, vermiculite, Dr. Earth Tomato, Superthrive, CalMag+, Alaska 5-1-1. Alaska Morbloom 1-1-10.)

Here’s a tip for the pH meters. 1st those 12 dollar ones are about as reliable as a taste test and they’ll drift wildly even within a day of calibration. The nicer one like shown in the video (blue lab or Apera) are much more reliable and much easier to calibrate. Also, you can stand them up in the top of that one gallon jug and just gently squeeze the jug to bring your solution level up to the probe. Saves time, saves an extra step, and saves a solo cup from ending up in our oceans.

Always put in Micro first or it will not work.

Never dollope use a sureng or dropper cause as he shown you it will bring ur ph down super quick

Can i mix bio roots with these?
I used these for my bell peppers in a DWC setup. My pepper roots turned brown and the peppers stopped growing. I followed the instructions for the dosage precisely. I ended up trimming the roots so that they don’t go more than a half inch into the water. I see new white roots developing above the water line. Hopefully this lousy nutrient system didn’t destroy what was a thriving set of pepper plants. If using this system ever again, I’ll try without the Floramicro bottle. Or just go back to using an A & B pre-made nutrient program.
I have a 55, gal drum I need tea for eh 5 gal I’m using a 200cc syringe on how to break down to know the correct measurement using the 200cc. syringe. I just need a refresher cuz I think I stuck 400 cc’s build the shrooms up twice to do a 55 gallon so far and I don’t want to mess the rest of it up or I’m dumping if I overdid it the 55 barrel. I’m using general hydroponics three different types of liquids. thanks

Everyone examples the mpk, what’s it’s used for why it’s used blah blah we need a video on exactly how to feed, water then wait until dry ? Then feed ? Wait until dry ? Then water again ? How much water ?
