Are these nute mixes specific to working in coco, or is it ok for soil as well?

So when it’s time to feed the plants, how much of the X ppm prepared solution do you pour into the plants, a few drops or saturate plants with the solution?

  4. Evan Schneider on May 16, 2022 at 4:14 pm

I suggest you dilute your ph down solution before adding it

  11. losFondos on May 16, 2022 at 4:23 pm

What dosage rate do you use for CalMag? How much of the total EC should come from CalMag?

  12. Scott Little on May 16, 2022 at 4:25 pm

Ahhh I see. Floralicious would fall in after bloom. Great video. Stealing the velcro syringe to the bottle idea.

  13. Kean Salzer on May 16, 2022 at 4:27 pm

Now that they have stopped making SM-90 what do you use?

Hi Doc , 10x for the great content! Q: would it be possible to have 2 Nuts schedules? 1 as per your video and the other Nuts from plant origin, like this product says: All fertilizer ingredients contained in this product are of plant origin, Aloe Vera (Barbadensis Miller) Extract, Seaweed (Eucheumoid spp.) and Molasses.100%. vegan.
Just like breakfast is not the same as dinner. I wonder if the 2 diff. types would conflict with each other although fed at different times of the day.

  15. Tyler Rockey on May 16, 2022 at 4:30 pm

Can you use this for soil??

  16. Igor Zh on May 16, 2022 at 4:32 pm

Thanks a lot, Dr MJ Coco!
Please tell me how long a ready-made solution can be stored in a bottle? Solution storage time.

  18. Ajay Matla on May 16, 2022 at 4:34 pm

    Thanks

  19. James Cipriani on May 16, 2022 at 4:40 pm

Step 1) Start With Silica. Related Products. .
Step 2) Add your base nutrients.
    Step 3) Add your cal-mag.
Step 4) Add any other additives last.
Step 5) Finishing by pHing your nutrient solution.
I have always used this order. You have steps 2 and 3 switched. I have never experienced lock-out though. I am just curious to if cal-mag sequence matters at all then? LOL

I’m a new grower, should be getting my first seeds in the mail today… Can’t wait!! Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you so much for this video. I’ve been watching videos for the last 3 weeks and I’ve been so confused on how to feed, but this video made it very clear and understandable. The other videos are using a different medium or different nutes, etc.. you’re using the same things I purchased so this is exactly what I needed to see right now. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

  27. Jhon Wayne on May 16, 2022 at 4:47 pm

My question, what feeding schedule are you going by?

I can’t find the feed chart on the site. Please help.

  28. J T on May 16, 2022 at 4:47 pm

You say “cay-shun” in all your videos when discussing ‘cation’. Please use the correct pronunciation “cat-eye-on”. I’m a chemist, and I’m here to help.

Im a noob grower, but Ive managed to set up a very nice dwc grow. Ive noticed that there are different information on how to add nutrients, additives and supplements in the correct order. Does this apply to dwc as well? btw, this is the best information ive come across. Thx for the tip on bloom booster and humic acic..subbed

  30. AL S on May 16, 2022 at 4:47 pm

Just started using GH. Made a test batch and noticed the EC shot up after adding nutes. Had to empty almost 2 thirds just adding fresh water. Is that normal? I was using tap water?

    Ty

  38. X.3 on May 16, 2022 at 5:02 pm

My main takeaway was that the ratio between calmag and EC is important for nutrients absorption

  39. g metz on May 16, 2022 at 5:02 pm

You mean your ppm is 1100?

  40. djSpinege on May 16, 2022 at 5:02 pm

I’m wondering if your plants needed more water than say 4L would you mix up a larger batch of nutrients or is it ok to water with plain water after feeding?

  41. Scott Streeter on May 16, 2022 at 5:05 pm

I have a question for ya .? What do you do with your leftover sullution. I’m still using 5 Solo cups for my first containers. And why does the ph goes up while it’s stored. I feed mine about twice per day. On the second feeding I test my ph and it will be higher than the first feeding. And or in another video about your nuts can you tell us what to do with the remains leftover sullution. Do you have to mix new every time?? Mix one gallon for one solo cup? Thank you I am a big fan I have your grow guide . You have help me threw 4 grows now . Thank you Dr.
