How to Properly Feed with roots Organics!

As I have stated before, anytime you change to a new nutrient line there will be an adjustment phase. That is no different switching to Organics. But I am here to bring you the good, the bad, and the ungly when it comes to my garden. I will not only show my sucesses but also my fails as well lol In this episode we learn why it’s important to make sure your feeding schedual comes from the maker!

Wait so if I brew a 1-gallon tea do I feed the entire one gallon into a 1-gallon pot in small amounts through the week? Or do I just feed (dry root organic formula) a little bit to the pot?

Licensed patiernt in Muskogee and have been using the Roots Organics line and the Down to Earth line for a comparison. I stick to organic principles as good as the organic products will let me. Growing this J-B cut of wedding cake, OGKB, Acapulco Gold and have crossed a few strains for fun. I noticed early on what you were saying about roots organics feeding chart. I amend my soil at transplant with the dry roots organics Terp Tea, Uprising for the K mostly and throw in a bit of Uprising and a bit of Mykos and Azos. Compost tea the first feeding, then only water for two weeks. I’ll then water with a bit of Uprising foundation sprinkled around the top of the plant with compost tea. Then simply once a month add appropriate roots dry products to the soil. This wedding cake I am smokin on now would have people thinking it came from Cali. lol… Love Roots Organics. Down to Earth is hard to beat though….. Just a bit more costly, I get close to the same results with roots organics so stick with it personally.

So are you mixing the dry nutrients in water? Or just putting it on the soil?

I’m in Tulsa I need the uprising feeding schedule

  13. Chris z on June 21, 2022 at 2:00 pm

Hey man that video was extremely helpful. Could you post a link of that feeding schedule? I ordered the players pack and their website I couldn’t find the feeding schedule with the bird guano or the bat nitro. Also, I amended my soil with the terp feed and bloom. I’m growing autos so should I use the player pack and leave out the bird guano and bat and use the teas instead but use everything g else? That kind of sounds like what you are doing. Killer buds you grew man

  20. TCF KAPPA on June 21, 2022 at 2:09 pm

Hey brother I have the 3 part grow foundation and bloom. My plant is in a 2L pot, about half a gallon, my plant is about to run out of food from the 707 soil as my plant is 3 weeks old now. I plan on feeding it half a teaspoon of the foundation and half a teaspoon of the grow, and then reamend in 3 weeks. Do you think this is too much? Should I increase how much I top dress with every feed? And how often should I top dress? Please get back to me bro there isant too much info available I appreciate it

  21. Juan Lopez on June 21, 2022 at 2:09 pm

    Texas growers where you at

  22. Trevor Hinkle on June 21, 2022 at 2:09 pm

Just as an FYI – Roots organic DRY NUTRIENTS is phenomenal. I’ve been having the largest and most healthy plants I’ve ever grown. This is by far the cheapest and best nutrients I have ever found. HMU if you want a discount code for roots organic dry amendments. BTW – You can buy the product in up to 50lb bags.

I have also changed to commercial lighting. The change in nutrients and the new lights have increased harvest volume by over 40% and my power consumption is 70% less vs blurple lights.

I feed every other week at the most if you are using the complete line.

  23. frank mumma on June 21, 2022 at 2:12 pm

Man dude! You sound like you’re FUCKED UP!! You need to stop smoking that shit when you do a video. I can hardly make out what you’re saying bro! But, really all you need is the Terp Teas grow and bloom from Root Organics and maybe some kelp/seaweed mix. You’re feeding WAAAY too much by the looks of them plants friend. So, just take a step back and take it slow. No need to over fertilze. That weed your smoking must be some pretty dank shit, that’s all I can say!! Lol.

  24. Ryan Jackson on June 21, 2022 at 2:14 pm

What i cant wrap my head around is the instructions on the back of their dry amendments. They say up to 2 teaspoons into soil for 1 to 10 gallon pots. So, when mixing up new soil, why would i use the same amount of uprising grow in a 1 gallon pot as i would with a 10 gallon pot? I would think the 10 gallon pot would easily not have enough fertilizer in it, and the 1 gallon would have too much?

  25. Grow Slow on June 21, 2022 at 2:15 pm

I’m using the complete liquid line. I love it. I’m growing big drip and slurricane under an optic slim 600h. I looove roots organics!! I feed heavy once a week then straight water then 1/3 feed then molasses flush then back up to full feed. I follow the schedule on the site with my own added tweeks. Oh I’m also using mykos wp and azos wp fro xtreme gardening along side mammoth p

  26. Matthew Petersen on June 21, 2022 at 2:18 pm

I’ve had a hard time finding Gia Green at hydro stores, grow stores but they all had the roots organic dry amendments so I grabbed a bag of fit veg and the one for bloom, and Im trying to find anything about how people use it, and yea it doesn’t tell you how often, I went to the web sight I couldn’t find the feeding schedule but I’ll look again, I just transplanted a plant that’s a few weeks old into a 3 gal radical bag with the amended soil and gave it some ph water but now I don’t know what to do, should I just ph water it every 3-5 days then 14 days from when I planted it in the amended soil top dress it, if so how much, and I read somewhere that you don’t want run off Is that the case? I’m a new grower and the guy at the hydro store when I couldn’t find the Gia green I wanted set me up with this and didn’t really tell me what to do, so now I’m like 🤔 ummm, Can you help me out here please I’d really appreciate it, thank you 🙏🏻!!!
