How To Successfully Revert A Marijuana Plant From Bloom To Vedge In 2- 4 Weeks!

How To Successfully Revert A Marijuana Plant From Bloom To Vedge In 2- 4 Weeks!

Having successfully reverted many plants over the years and loosing only 1 out of all of them (due to partner dried roots out so badly they locked up) has allowed me to come up with a systematic approach to reverting a plant back from bloom to vedge.

It used to take me 2 months or more with most other nutrient line ups. For some reason CYCO NUTRIENTS allows them to revert in about 2-4 weeks!

Now it will still take another 6 weeks or so to get the plant big enough to toss into bloom again but only if she is fully healthy and not stressed. If needed take clones and run through vedge stage again before tossing in bloom.

To revert plant I will usually cut down to bottom few nodes on plant base leaving 3-5 small branch nubs with 2-3 nodes of greenage left on them.

Feed with standard week 1 grow nutrients and let stand in low light or no light for 5-7 days.

Then toss under grow lights. Water and nutrient as needed.

Watch for weird looking curled under single leafs to start popping out of buds, this is first sign of reverting to vedge

After about 2-4 weeks will see stems form under those leaves and start to shoot out. These shoots will become your new clones or branches.

After plant starts to grow and stretch you will notice the single leaf structure will split into 3-5 blade leaf standard non stressed leaf structure.

At this point can start to prune off old dried up buds from plant.

Have had plants tested before and after this process and have found no permanent signs of stress that lowered potency or plant integrity.

Thank you. This is the first video that showed the weird leaves when going back into veg. Now I know what’s going on with my hemp plant.

i have this huge outdoor plant it was grown on lights during veg and six months ago i left it in total dark, it has given me lots of buds but it looks like its losing to many leaves going into full flower, im thinking on putting the light back so it may return to veg, this is correct right, im such an amateur but full time smoker and with this huge 3 meter plant outside XD

I cloned a branch that was 7 weeks into flower. In 12 days It rooted.in 2 weeks started reveging. In 3 weeks it stopped growing 1 leaf shoots and had 9 blade leaves so I got inpatient and flowered this wedding cake And pulled 1 ounce. If I would’ve veged longer the yield would be high. Taking clones in flower is called monster cropping but it’s better to clone in 4 weeks of flower ,it reveges faster. It’s called monster cropping cuzz many Topps poop up like you topped it many times.if you give time to veg on a monster cropp or revege method you can easily pull over a pound indoor on one plant up to 3 pounds is the highest yield I have seen on YouTube on a revege method

  7. @TeW33zy on July 25, 2024 at 1:18 pm

That’s not the correct way to monster crop. They only take that monster look when u do it the way u do it. Next time cut off everything and leave one spot and remove the bud. It will not take the monster shape. Infact do it just like this https://youtu.be/igRPSB6YmE0

Show me where it took the monster shape? Right, it didn’t because he did it right, u guys are doing it all wrong as usual.

If you take a decent size cutting and put the cutting into compo and give a 14/10 this will cause the cutting to stretch ( endured flowering ) causing it to root within a week the cutting can be reverted back within 2 wks a simple 3wk process ,works everytime mind water through foliage with spray during the process mind not to over water do not feed !
Boom job done ( fckn 3- 6 mnth ) fuck off!!!!!

I would recommend pulling the plant and root ball out of the pot and add some new soil to the bottom and a little on the top. Maybe even do a root prune after it starts to grow again so you have more room for refreshed soil. Or simply go to 15 gallon pots for the second round.

What happens when a plant, a full plant, not going to harvest that is in flower is put back into vegetation…

  17. @sturjmane1325 on July 25, 2024 at 1:27 pm

I left nubs just like this. Thought I did too much. We’ll see

I put plants outside to early here in VA and at first they started to bud. Then they stopped and started back to veg. They are 5 feet tall already and I’m just going to let em go till fall and see what happens!!

  28. @danhawaii808 on July 25, 2024 at 1:54 pm

  29. @4humanity223 on July 25, 2024 at 1:56 pm

yo dude, what’s your take on flushing before harvest if you intent to re-veg your plant?

  30. @mrc5374 on July 25, 2024 at 1:57 pm

  32. @tracybacani1 on July 25, 2024 at 1:58 pm

I have a small marijuana gorilla glow plant. That actually was outside and I brought it in. Because it was starting to flower and I didn’t want it to flower. So what do I do I mean? The size of the plant is really small. If I can show you ot would be great but how it’s about 4 inches tall all ready flowering

  33. @elmerduran725 on July 25, 2024 at 1:58 pm

Just saw the video and think my plant reverting back itself and wasn’t sure if I can harvest yet. I think this helped answer that…

  34. @pcjpcj4070 on July 25, 2024 at 1:58 pm

Thanks for the vid. I got a plant now in flower and I’m seeding it from a Reversed clone. All the other clones I have got nuked from ph being off. So until I get the seeds and no there good, im goingvto try to reveg this plant. It was a multitude of grows creating this strain and the original grower lost most the seeds in a move 8 years ago. Out of the 8 he had left I got 1 to germinate. Lucky it was a female. Hopefully ill save the strain

Will the stress from reverting turn a fem plant into a hermie?

  41. @420kushmaster on July 25, 2024 at 2:05 pm

cool. I’ve never reverted that far into flower.

  42. @Gerlingsbulldogges on July 25, 2024 at 2:06 pm

I got the regrowth stem thing should I switch to seedling light cycle or stay in veg

  43. @ballzmahonee5645 on July 25, 2024 at 2:07 pm

Awesome stuff. Need to figure out how to revert or extend veg on autos

  44. @RynaxAlien on July 25, 2024 at 2:08 pm

    Will not work with autoflowers?

  45. @mikecromwell4245 on July 25, 2024 at 2:08 pm

Now have you ever grown outside and tried this process? How big do you let stock get or even yet the plant? This is something I might want to try for my year round project. I have 3 in the ground rite now. One is purple looking and smelling nice. I want it to get bigger because I need more time for the light left outside. I know it will grow more maybe it’s because I’m checking them too much. Had 4 and 1 went that male-female thing. Never could describe the word. It would have been a nice purple one too. Anyways I think they’re maturingto fast. What should do ? Help me out please am I just to worried?

  49. @TheChrisgutierrez on July 25, 2024 at 2:11 pm

Is it natural for a plant to give out one fingered leafs while budding

  50. @The420chemist on July 25, 2024 at 2:12 pm

Nice video, I’m trying to reveg my plant but the buds are getting mold, what should I do ?
