Humidity needs to flux with temperature. There is no golden humidity level. There are charts to help people find the golden zone. 80 degrees at 30% is not beneficial.

I having a problem in my tent to where as soon as I use a heater, it immediately drops my RH fast as it rises in temp WITH a humidifier on full blast. If I turn the heater off, it allows the humidity to raise fast. Super odd. I don’t have a fan by the humidifier to push the mist around ( I’m waiting for it to come in) but that’s the only thing I can think of. The heater KILLS the humidity FAST. Please help

  32. Drew Carr on July 21, 2022 at 2:40 am

This is my first attempt at growing and luckily I saw your vid on sticking with ONE method and not jumping all over the place and decided you and Trey ~speaks in African accent~ are de ones dat do know da way. I also liked how you corrected your comment from cheaper (being the quality) to affordability (being the great prices).
1.) FIM… you showed me. Success!
    2.) SCROGGING… Ditto!
    3.) LOLLIPOPPING… Sweeeeeet!
    4.) GREAT WHITE… Wow!
    5.) THINNING / PRUNING. 👍👍
    plus all the little things!
I have 4 plants (Canada) started from Cin99 clones on June 13th and they now fill my 4×4 Mars from corner to corner and have thumb size stalks. BUT only stand 3 feet… is this "par-ish for the course"?
Q.)When would my move to flower be most beneficial?

  35. Mkay Dog on July 21, 2022 at 2:45 am

Just a short tip, Dont swap to low humidity as soon as you start 12/12, wait till the buds really fatten up, then bring it down

  38. Luke Hammer on July 21, 2022 at 2:47 am

Hawaii is a challenge just due to the high humidity and temp. I’m in flower and it climbs between 50-60% and temp is in the 80’s When their sleeping. I feel the moisture in the air within the tent in the 70’s. Ideal flower stage humidity?

I know you guys are the foremost authority feel that way seriously when it comes to this S&#~.
My question is with a viparspectra p1500 in a 2 by 3 by 5 2. 6in clip on fans temperature steady at 78 humidity 50-55 W Widow autoflowers germinated October 1st October 10th helmet fell off October 20th first pistols appeared we are now November 18th I did some light LST in five gallon pot with buildasoil 3.0 and I have still not seen a trichome or smelled a single whiff of anything but soil. Plant health currently looks absolutely phenomenal.
Is there a reason for the lack of tris and or smell? Please lend some of that soothing advice some of the pistols have now begun to turn orange very lightly most of them have a bright white / lime green appearance. Also added a little dr. Earth build a bloom. Is it just too early? I know it’s hard to diagnose buy just Word of Mouth

  40. Cruddy Kev on July 21, 2022 at 2:50 am

what temperature is 30% humidity in farenheit, when coming towards the end of your grow to help trichomes?

  42. John McGann on July 21, 2022 at 2:54 am

UVB light supplementation is amazing for trichrome production as well. I hit mine for 30 minutes at a time, 4 feet above canopy / 4 times per 12 hour lights on in late flower. It makes buds super frosty and terps are insane. Im running 4 viparspectra 1500s in a 5×5 – 2 feet above canopy with 1 california lightworks 25w UVB in middle of 1500s sitting an additional 2 feet above LEDs at 4 feet above canopy as stated in the aforementioned. Frosty the snowman, frost city baby.

  44. mike de on July 21, 2022 at 2:56 am

Where should you mesure the tempreture ?
in the canopy or above it or at the pots, on wall or middle room?

  45. Ghetto trash on July 21, 2022 at 2:57 am

Why do my leaves curl when my humidity goes up? Anything over 55rh makes them look bad.

  47. Harry james on July 21, 2022 at 2:59 am

Is 82 degrees fahrenheit to hot for flowering ?

  48. Kid Dynamite on July 21, 2022 at 2:59 am

Good job explaining humidity. I’ve grown in tents, and in warehouses. The humidity seems to take care if it’s, besides propagation. Totally agree with air movement, and dropping temps, but LEDs don’t have the UVA, or IR. That’s what kills the yields, and even terps/trich production. Subscribed, so I can check out your work. Might be hard to see, and not sure if your old enough, but does that cultivator in my profile ring a bell?
