    "The Researchers believe"

The number one phrase used by people that don’t have a clue what they’re talking about.

It’s interesting that this video has about 2K likes, but I’ve read a ton of the comments, and I don’t see one positive comment about this video. All of them are negative, like the 3 or 4 comments I’ve made here.

Good carbs can be perfectly eaten when following a keto diet

    Hhahahaha! Ok.

My food packaging company is struggling. Better make a video to make people want to eat packaged food again 😂

Bad news for WEF and WHO. Keto people don’t need doctors nor meds.

I agree. Eliminating entire food groups like cholesterol may kill you. Remember folks, eat a healthy well balanced diet with all the cuts from all the animals.

I’m thriving on a keto diet, my blood sugar stabilised and I lost weight.

  13. @TheWorksWebDesign on February 22, 2024 at 7:18 am

Took ages to say absolutely nothing

  14. @kimberlynicole8874 on February 22, 2024 at 7:18 am

okay so what diabetics and people with similar sugar issues who literally have no choice but to eat that way without trying “cheat” their way into health. if you’re eating super shitty food just bc they’re high in fat, anyone is gonna be unhealthy but there are tons of healthy fats and proteins plus nutrient dense vegetables that are low in carbs that can name up a very healthy diet.

  15. @ellisandking on February 22, 2024 at 7:19 am

The Keto diet is old fashioned farm style food. Only ban is carbs and sugar which spikes your hormone insulin which sends the body into an inflamed state, so I really don’t see the problem. Keto is the best diet I have ever been on. Stopped my headaches, I have energy, I sleep better and I can think clearly. No down sides, so why would I give it up?

  16. @user-ur4qs8nr6f on February 22, 2024 at 7:19 am

I’m sorry but Keto is the only “diet” that I ever lost fat and helped with the aching brought by lupus. You release a video like this without saying why etc and expect people with real life experience on keto to believe you?

  17. @TheFishinMortician on February 22, 2024 at 7:24 am

Hmm crazy because non keto type diets will send me to the grave x10 faster with my diabetes…

  20. @roachmorphine8018 on February 22, 2024 at 7:28 am

    You mean THE keto diet?
And banning the grain/starch food group has been proven to aid in weight loss, reduce the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attack, even reverse insulin resistance which causes premature aging. The human body hasn’t required grains in centuries. Unless you’re starving and it’s the only food accessible, it does more harm than good.

  21. @ramsmallkay on February 22, 2024 at 7:28 am

Yeah fat is bad am sure "sugar" in moderation must be good right …..

  26. @natashamcclintock1324 on February 22, 2024 at 7:34 am

Banning food groups will send me to my grave too soon? You mean like processed carbs? Yea you must be right… I mean all those past generations that ate fruit loops in the 1800s. They were so much healthier than us.

  27. @carlossong2851 on February 22, 2024 at 7:36 am

remember, that the regular american diet, or UK diet or most chocolate, candies, high sugar diet wil send u the the grave soon too???

This is important, so please tell the truth 🙏

    Brought to you by Pfizer?

  35. @unknowncomic4107 on February 22, 2024 at 7:46 am

Bottom line is this. Whatever you are eating needs to be whole natural foods that are not processed that come from the ground or an animal and are not "improved" upon by humans in any way. You need a balance of good meats and fats with limited quantities of carbs and those carbs should only be from unprocessed foods. Use natural grains and rices. Do not eat food that is covered in chemicals or that has been raised/grown with pesticides/antibiotics/hormones. Get back to eating the natural food that existed before the advent of technology. Get rid of the sugar.

  36. @josipajakovljevic9313 on February 22, 2024 at 7:46 am

I PERSONALLY DID NOT DO GOOD ON LONG-TERM KETO…BUT OTHER PEOPLE LONG-TERM KETO TO LOSE WEIGHT IS A DEFINITE YES.
The next comment below I got it from an article:

    Long-Term Keto: Potential Risks
For people like me, keto may not be the ideal diet for the long haul. For others, it may be better just to limit carbs for shorter periods (perhaps several months) as a means to lose weight. To make this distinction for yourself, it’s wise to keep an eye on potential downsides of long-term keto. To my eye, the main problem areas tend to be:

LDL-P. A subset of folks see a large spike in LDL particle number (LDL-P) after switching to a ketogenic diet. Since high LDL-P—which is also tracked by a marker called ApoB—is correlated with increased heart disease risk, it’s worth keeping an eye on this biomarker. If you’re an LDL-P “hyper-responder,” so to speak, it’s probably better to be safe than sorry and bump up your carbohydrate intake.
Certain exercises. Many elite athletes thrive on a keto diet, but there are certainly those who don’t. High-intensity activities (like Crossfit, HIIT, and obstacle races) as well as longer efforts (such as marathons) will require extra glucose for energy.

ADDING BACK CARBS IN A RATIO THAT SUPPORTS YOUR EXERCISE REGIMEN IS THE ANSWER.

Gut health. A ketogenic diet tends to be low in soluble fiber, and for most folks, a long-term lack of fiber is a net negative. Gut bacteria likes to munch on soluble fiber to create compounds like butyrate that reduce inflammation and strengthen the gut barrier. But in some cases, a low-fiber diet can be a good thing—it’s a matter of your unique gut. To make up for a lack of fiber in a ketogenic diet, the amino acids in protein can assist production of short-chain fats which feed the gut, much like fiber from plants. This does NOT mean that keto and carnivore are the best options for everyone, everywhere—but it does make it pretty tough to claim that keto is inherently bad for gut health.

Most wide scale studies are done by large corporations. Just find out whose funding the study and you will see its bias

  41. @karlsangree4679 on February 22, 2024 at 7:53 am

I was pre-diabetic, 40 pounds overweight, and had high blood pressure and sleep apnea. Went keto a year ago: Lost almost 50 pounds, A1c is perfect, and blood pressure is normal, and the apnea is gone. What part of that is that killing me?

  42. @CompleteBeautyTreat on February 22, 2024 at 7:54 am

Keto … Classic of all doctors… Keto isn’t meant for 365. Keto is a winter diet and is simply logical when out species left the tropics. Logic can set you free if you open your brain

6 years on a keto diet and I feel fantastic! Wish i only knew about it sooner.
