This is all cap. That woman apparently did not read the fine print of the bill. First of nothing is going to improve in the community she come from because the bill pretty much locked black folks out of getting into the industry with the license game.
On top of that some of the laws such as "you cant smoke outside" pretty much made it something people can end up in jail over nothing for.
Not sure why she is claiming anything will be fixed up lol. Look at Colorado and other states who have legalized. The money never go to the people especially hers.
And dont try to grow it unless you give up your 4th amendment.
The only people this bill benefits is the dispensaries and people who buy from them.
