Quit weed and tobacco tobacco will keep you coming back if you smoke it trust ! .
Buy a punching bag with the profits forget the gloves .
If you don’t quit for yourself don’t bother .
It takes three months to kill any and all addiction after that it’s just will power to stay on track .
By this time you should have built a new life and new routines and new connections with new people .
Go run in a forest leave your music and phone behind.
    You will be just fine
Weed is highly mentally not physically addictive it just depends in who you are in here 🧠.
    I quit a 1000 times because I was forced too .
One day 15 years later I decided to quiet and I did first time after some research like this video
    ~ 15 year professional stoner
What a miserable life that was

Quitting has always been easy for me. I’ve been smoking for 10 years since I was 16 daily 24/7. I’ve quit multiple times for many months and the longest I’ve gone is about 9 months maybe. I can stop no problem whenever I want, my problem is my relapse. Every time I relapse it’s as if I never stopped, I’m back to smoking 24/7 all day everyday. It’s been something I’ve struggled with. This time I wanna stop for good. I’ve been in the gym since I was 16 too so I always had a weird situation where I was always smoking but i was always in the gym too. So, cleaning was easy for me but like I said it’s always the relapse.

All the bad things he’s saying about marijuana is all false. The only negative about marijuana is your lungs get a little bit more blacker your brain is a little bit more slower and the more you smoke for a long time the less you get high

I’m 3 months and two weeks sober after doing cannabis from wake-up time to sleep for 13 years. I smoked 6-9 blunts a day. Got pregnant and quit overnight just like that and I have never felt better and saved more money. I thank God for this baby who made me want to quit at hearing her heart beat. Never knew I could love so much so fast and make decision to stop overnight. .

I was a regular smoker for 25+ yrs and just stopped. Only thing that is different is my body composition less anxiety and I dream. Good luck will power will power all don’t make excuses and it’s like easy like Sunday morning!!

  11. Melissa Smith on February 20, 2023 at 11:43 pm

I haven’t smoked in two months and I’m still testing positive. Is it just apart of me now after smoking so much for 16 years? Lol

  12. James Paul on February 20, 2023 at 11:43 pm

Symptoms get worse the more you relapse, don’t forget that.

  13. Vincent Ayers on February 20, 2023 at 11:44 pm

    Or just smoke a bowl

  14. yungbrat on February 20, 2023 at 11:44 pm

I’m been stoned on a daily basis for 2-3 years that when I’m sober I hate it, I get angry agitated always find a way to get it, jow ever I’ve tried multiple times and ways it is really stressful tbh I wish I never smoked it, can’t be who I really want to be. If yous are tryna to quit and having a hard time please don’t give up, I hope all of us get want we want in life.

  15. Courtney Scott on February 20, 2023 at 11:45 pm

My tolerance so high I don’t feel anything. I am taking a weed detox and I’m going on day 2 :). It’s hard but I’m trying my best

  16. A. on February 20, 2023 at 11:46 pm

I have wicked nightmares anytime I try to stop. I stopped for 29 days last spring and still had upsetting dreams every night. I started smoking again and it immediately stopped.

  17. THC pub on February 20, 2023 at 11:46 pm

Honestly, you start feeling like you don’t need it anymore around the 4 to 6 month mark

  18. Happy on February 20, 2023 at 11:48 pm

I feel like cannabis use has always been part of my identity since I was 13, now I’m almost 30 and I feel like my mind is slowing down and I wish I could stop but I’m also bi polar and have rage issues that lead to drugs and alcohol to cope. Starting a new high paying career too that requires sobriety. Boredom also drives me insane lol. Any tips??

  19. jerrygarciaisgod on February 20, 2023 at 11:50 pm

I have been a stoner since the early 90s. I have quit a few times in my life and I assure you that there is NO WITHDRAWL from weed!!!
It is like quitting nicotine but a lot easier. A pothead without weed is just a whiny moody bitch!!!

  20. MaRs Oblivi0n on February 20, 2023 at 11:51 pm

The boredom of life is the symptom.

  21. Vincent Loughner on February 20, 2023 at 11:52 pm

Holyshit how the hell do you get so hit on weed but you actually throw up when you don’t have it? That’s a joke right?

  22. Ordinary Opinion on February 20, 2023 at 11:53 pm

    Cannabis is not additive

  24. cbrooks0905 on February 20, 2023 at 11:55 pm

Edit: One month in and I feel fine. My body seems to have regulated, and I no longer feel fizzle fried. I’m so happy I quit. I had a really long, toxic relationship with weed, and now I can finally say it’s over. I’m fully confident that I can smoke occasionally, socially, and not fall back into an all day everyday habit. There’s nothing wrong with weed, but there is a problem with smoking it all day every day, for me at least. Not only was I coughing like someone with cancer, but I couldn’t refrain from eating junk food. I haven’t had junk food once since quitting. Weed makes me crave candy bars and potato chips like nothing else. All in all, this is great. I wish I would’ve done this sooner.

I’m two weeks in and I feel pretty good. My brain is still a little fizzle fried, but overall I feel much better than I did week 1. One thing I’ve made sure to do is eat healthy. I think it’s helping me detox quicker. The first few days were tough. Not gonna lie. I had to pretty much stay lying down. I watched a fuck ton of tv the first week because being upright made me feel like crap. Good luck to everyone quitting!

  31. Dissident Expression on February 21, 2023 at 12:02 am

I find taking a very hot bath for 20-30 minutes in the evening with some bubble bath for the aroma therapy helps with the sweats when you sleep. Just make sure you rehydrate the next morning 🙂
Also staying focused on the positives that lay ahead once free from the addiction really helps with keeping the obsessive thoughts of reloading and getting your fix at bay.
It’s far more easier on the mind to resist the temptation by focusing forward to where you want to be as opposed to focusing backwards on what you’re trying to get away from.
I hope you find this helpful.
And one more thing. One day very soon, when you’ve persevered, you will wake up feeling refreshed, deeply positive and clear headed. Well done! You’ve completed your detox.

    Drinks to relieve symptoms?

  34. KumaBean on February 21, 2023 at 12:04 am

Been using cannabis for 26 years, daily.

What I do is to commit myself to tolerance breaks, where I’ll deliberately go without for a few days to a week or so.

You do tend to turn into a bit of a dick, best to keep yourself to yourself for the first few days, but when you begin to medicate again, you need less to get the same job done, and dinner is back on the menu.

    Just my own experience, 🤝

Just curious about the vomiting seeing as Marijuana contains precisely ZERO chemical hooks. Lmaoooooo!

Day 12 and been reading some of theses comments and it is very encouraging, went from happy and care free too emotions everywhere and irritable and frustrated pushing through my goal
Is not to smoke no more , I stopped in 2005 and started back in. 2022 so I know I can do it but it is an emotional pull on me right now!! Miserable is the perfect word to describe how I feel doc

  42. Tony Springman on February 21, 2023 at 12:21 am

Is it just me or does day 2-3 eat us potheads alive….? I’ve been an everyday smoker since age 13-14 and I’m 24 now. Kind of wish I’ve stopped when I was younger, I think my stomach is going to eat itself!

  43. Neil Williams on February 21, 2023 at 12:21 am

You’re citing the days for THC to not show up in a piss test. You are a shameful doctor that has no right speaking out in the public forum. Go educate yourself where you speak!

Ive used THC for 17 years, mostly smoked but also ended up vaping it for 3-5 years (at the end of the 17 years). Ive quit using a year and a half ago and Im still experiencing chronicheadaches and chronic insomnia. Im desperately seeking help in my recovery and have been doing my best by hoping it would naturally heal over time, taking over the counter sleep aids so that I can still be able to go to work somehow. But Im really reaching my mental limit and feeling horrible about my outlook on life. Have I permanently damaged my brain? Ate there any specific vitamins or diet plan to assist in a sort of neurological recovery process? People say to exercise to help me sleep and trust me, Ive done that several times, yet to no avail, I still have trouble falling asleep! Ive marked my calendar with X’s to track my sleep aid use and its shown an inctemental decrease of usage over time. Which type of specialist should I contact for some help?

  46. Oskar on February 21, 2023 at 12:25 am

It’s beeen a week I can’t sleep, headaches, I feel bored I feel like life is so boring now, I don’t wanna do anything but be home watching tv and craving weed. I tried gym couldn’t even have the energy to go. Family says I look happy and I smile a lot. Even tho I don’t feel that way.
Sex is just not the same anymore is boring and I don’t even want to have sex or think of it.
Nothing interests me anymore. I just wanna sleep forever

I smoked a joint on a Friday. And by Tuesday my urine was clean. I’m on a fruit diet 85 percent.. mainly grapes and berries and melons. I drink coconut water daily n I took some astringent there’s.. ..

  49. Jandy on February 21, 2023 at 12:29 am

For those quitting, go to sleep early, wake up early, stay busy, substitute with caffeine, eat vitamins, and exercise. I was fine all day today and at night is when the withdrawals kick in. Just stay busy enough to not think about the symptoms

  50. GorGob on February 21, 2023 at 12:30 am

Been neck deep in weed all around the clock since 2014 grow it myself now about to put down my tents. Rest of the year will be a magical utter struggle but I can do it if I don’t have any weed in the house.
