Growers have filed a lawsuit to force the CCC to review the requirements for growers and host communities.
About time they filed suit against the corrupt CCC. The CCC are on the Columbia Care ( owners of Patriot Care) payroll. Everyone on the CCC should be fired, and investigated for criminal behavior since they give Patriot Care the green light to get all licences first, before everyone else, yet the owners of Patriot Care( Columbia Care) do not even reside in Massachusetts. Totally illegal. Mass residents should be the first to get grow and sell licences, not big business Patriot Care. Fire everyone on the CCC and let the citizens vote who they want on the CCC, not big business paid pawns, but honest good citizens. The CCC has been on Columbia Cares payroll since day one.
