    I live in Houston and I got Multiple Sclerosis. Just legalize it, its a wonder plant with nothing but positive benefits. More tax money for schools and police, less drunk driving, and if its legal you can regulate it,stopping alot of illegal activity and shady stuff.

    Weed is illigal for unjust purposes. As Americans we have the moral obligation to follow just law and disobey unjust law. Stop oppression!

    I have ankylosing spondilitis. Extremely painful. I want to stop the opiods and just smoke marijuana. I need this. CBD is ok for slight inflammation. My pain is so bad that I can’t eat sometimes for days. I still think we will be able to buy nukes at Wal-Mart before weed will be legal in Texas. Our baby boomers are very misinformed about marijuana. As long as they can make it to the voting booths, it ain’t happening.

    *PSYCH!*

    a) I love how they told us where it is grown, what the company name is, what their delivery van looks like.
    b) They are growing and selling CBD oil, not psychoactive marijuana. To characterize it is legal medicinal marijuana is disingenuous. That is not what the people wanted when voting for it.
    c) It is only for Epilepsy patients which is good for them, but other patient groups might benefit from CBD oil and given that you can’t get .5%. you can get "high" from it.
    d) CBD oil was/is already legal, so what is the difference?
    e) Given that the FDA has approved a marijuana-based medicine, the DEA needs to remove marijuana from Schedule I status. Individual agencies have their own politics.
    f) I have told people, Texas will be the 2nd or 3rd to the last state to legalize recreational marijuana. It is too conservative.

    <smdh>
    <big sigh>

  21. David Perry on July 12, 2022 at 1:40 pm

    I am support legalized recreational and medical marijuana. Consumption of recreational marijuana should only be allowed in bars, clubs, and residential areas.
