How do you get 100 percent germination rate on the harder thicker heirloom seeds?
Get a pressure mister. They achieve the same result but dont make your arm as tired. You can hold the mister back 6 inches and give the plants a nice spritzing.
2 tips to make your grow even more awesome’er! Try mixing the soil in smaller batches until your tub is full. Half bag and 10% then the last half and 10% or even smaller initial batches. Thinking it would be easier and cleaner? Lastly, another tip I’ve observed while watching hours of vids is try drying out your grow medium, especially with bag soil. Kills off the buggies. Great vid! Keep up the stellar work
Wet paper towel, slightly open zip lock & a heating matt at 77F. Takes 24 hours to pop and another 24 to sprout.

How can i get some of the beginner budz stickers i would love some in my grow tent
I’ve been doing a variation of this tech for a while. The only thing I change is to germinate the seeds in a sealed cup of water and put it somewhere warm for a day or two. I move to final container as soon as there is a 5mm radicule (I’ve forgotten to check daily and and have successfully grown seeds that had a 1.5cm radicule).
This helps not having to water a container that might have a faulty seed, and reduces the anxiety of wondering if it will germinate or not haha. All this while minimizing any transplant-induced stress.
I grow non-autos, and have found that every time I transplant, the plant stagnates for 1-2 weeks.
Just wondering if the Mars ts 1000 is any good and I’m struggling with germaniting but I will try again
How long it took to come up
Still over complicating it. It’s a plant, designed to survive nature, you can throw it in dirt no tweezers and you can pour water and it will be fine. Relax y’all

Bro helped me with my old seeds😭 literally it can be pretty frustrating having old seeds from a friend and have 50% germinate. I learned good conditions for germinating and my seeds germinated 80% 😁😁😁
Tip:If the seed doesn’t germinate try holding the seed between two fingers and bite the seed gently with the vertix upwards
Literally my only problem is germinating. I’m trying this today.
I run 2 TS-300 in one 4×8 tent and 2 FC 6500 in my other 4×8 and 1 fce 6500 in my 5×5. I love using marshydro. Also the direction of which the seed is planted when dropped in the soil doesn’t matter. The seed doesn’t need help nature will take its course on its Owen.

I’ve always germinated straight to soil. Tried the paper towels. Much slower not ideal for autos. I think they get shocked going from clean water to soil water maybe.

I’m a beginner but every seed I’ve tried popped like this: 24hr soak in solo cup with a cap of hydrogen peroxide added to water, then paper towel sandwich with paper plates, dark and 65-77, 2-5 days 100% seeds ready for medium

What’s ur light cycle for germinating right in the soil?
I don’t grow medicinal but I do have a garden and I use that in my garden and let me tell you I had that had 10-foot tomato plants this year I also use their root drench
Do you guys do this with Photoperiods too? Can you do follow up videos on how to water for the first 4-6 weeks after the seed emerges? I would imagine overwatering would be the most likely way to mess up, so Can you show how you guys watered ? Did you eventually start watering till run off and then just letting it dry out? If so, at what stage/week of veg did you do this? Or do you keep watering around the seed/young plant for the first few weeks, and not soaking the whole pot?
I used to use bamboo sourced towels after soaking seeds, some paper towels are over processed or outright kill good seeds.. About 15 years ago I started just planting direct into medium in 6" pots in a sprouting chamber made with a small aquarium, 40w heat bulb, small fan, and a metal cover.

Can anyone help me? I’m running a dwc system and one of my girls was growing upside down in the rockwool so I flipped her round and she’s popped and I’ve noticed that the roots arnt growing downwards, there growing up and around, is this bad?
