New state program aims to crack down on illegal cannabis sales in Fresno
A new state program aims to crack down on the illegal sale of marijuana. Officials say illegal cannabis sales have continued even after legalizing medical and recreational marijuana sales in the state. Fresno is the first city in California to adopt the new program called Cannabis Administrative Prosecutor Program, also referred to as “CAPP.”
I believe it was Camel 🐪 and Marlboro who made fake candy cigarettes in the 1970s and 1980-90s.
This reminds me of the big cigarettes company.
