The only time where my heart was racing like I was close to getting a heart attack was in college when a friend gave me a “spice joint” and I thought it was regular weed… 3 puffs later and I was completely out of it thinking I was dying… Manor panic attack and my heart was pounding so hard… with regular weed this never happened.
