NJ regulators approve first rules for marijuana market

New Jersey has its first set of rules regulating the recreational marijuana market nine months after voters approved legalization of the industry by a 2-to-1 margin. The state Cannabis Regulatory Commission on Thursday released initial rules to set up the market for the next year, putting New Jersey a step closer to recreational sale of marijuana for adults ages 21 and older.
