I got the entire process right away. (Best part was not having to spend hundredths of dollars on a ‘professional’ seminar .) This is a great step forward for expediting the delivery of benefits to injured workers in the California Workers Compensation System. Is sad that the system for unrepresented workers is not going on-line at the same time… More videos on UR and IMR processes?
I don’t see any answers here, but I’ll post the question anyway. When filing a 4060 panel request, we don’t have a report being objected to, but that box is required and the date of request for comprehensive exam is as well, but we do not know what that is referring to.
Im assuming this is only for INITIAL PQME’s and not for replacement or additional panels?
Nice. But what about panel requests between 9/3/15 to 10/1/15?
