The Smart & Safe Florida campaign, funded by Trulieve, says it has collected more than one million signatures to legalize the adult use of recreational marijuana in Florida. That’s more than enough signatures to get on the 2024 ballot, assuming the ballot language is approved by the heavily conservative-leaning state supreme court.

Ron "Putrid Smell" DeSantis will do everything he can to keep it off the ballot.
If it gets on the ballot and passes, he will do everything he can to create new laws to ban and punish those who make use of the voted on measure that passed.

I was just driving in town today and passed an ABC liquor store, hardly anyone there. I’m pretty sure I then passed a medical store and there were people standing outside the building. The fact you can go into any liquor store and buy as much booze as you want but cannot go in a pot store and buy what you want is actually ridiculous. Alcohol is a detriment to national health.
