    Question
In scenario 2: how can the rent of jasmines investment property offset her rent at Fitzroy?? Only possible if she has no mortgage for the investment property at the growing suburb she bought. FYI the rent in growing suburbs are low and not enough to cover the mortgage let along her rent!!

Summation: Rentvesting isn’t for everyone, but it is for people who want to be happier, healthier and wealthier.

    Basically, Jasmine
    – never lost her job
    – never had children
    – never got to look after relatives
She only lived to grow her net worth on paper…right? >__<
