About Mills: Mills Nutrients is designed, manufactured, and bottled entirely in Holland. Made in the fine Dutch tradition of an easy-to-use two-part base along with additives that provide your plants with everything they need and nothing they don’t. Mills nutrients are one of the first to develop bio-mineral plant nutrients utilizing the best of both synthetic and organic sources optimizing growth rates, yield, flavor, and aroma. The success of our bio mineral formula was realized only after thorough research in the field with both large greenhouse and hobbyist growers alike. Basis A, Basis B, Start-R, C4, and Ultimate PK. These products’ unique composition allows growers to use the entire line in all grow mediums. Unlike completely synthetic nutrient lines which can build up in or on top of the soil, Mills Nutrients Bio Mineral formula does not accumulate in the medium giving the grower a tremendous advantage when pushing his/her plants to the limit.

  7. @Springfield-eo8jl on July 12, 2024 at 12:15 pm

1 part Hydrogen Peroxide to 10 parts water as a foliar spray will instantly kill PM. Neem oil sprayed weekly will prevent PM. If at harvest you have PM present, defoliate and agitate submerged in the Hydrogen Peroxide mix and allow to air dry. The Hydrogen peroxide instantly kills the PM and washes it off of the plant. Also make a foliar tea spray out of kelp and humic acid and spray 1x weekly.

dude buying 2 inline fans is just ridiculous. just get rid of the carbon filter and buy duct booster fans for 1/8 the price.

  9. @smm72 on July 12, 2024 at 12:16 pm

I have a huge problem with powdery mildew in summer. Obviously, a better dehumidifier is needed but internal air flow is so important I have ac infinity fans they are simply the best.

Direct sow is the way to go, night and day difference. Switch to organics. Ditch the deadtrients.

Do you use that coco mix of 50/50 coco and castings all the time?

  17. @muhammedsuleiman8047 on July 12, 2024 at 12:27 pm

If you were to give them a wash maybe with hydrogen peroxide and water and then rinse them off would the mildew go away?

  18. @rickyjackson7888 on July 12, 2024 at 12:27 pm

    Great video

  19. @BrandonMartin-uu9ew on July 12, 2024 at 12:27 pm

Next time that happens and for every harvest for that matter.

Take a big tote or bucket, fill it with water, add a few table spoons of baking soda and 1/2 cup lemon juice to kill bacteria and neutralize remaining nutrients within the buds

  20. @maddogmartin1791 on July 12, 2024 at 12:28 pm

This has made me go out and buy 2 more inline fans right away. Same thing happened and was sharing ventilation with another tent, but this is devastating.😢😢

  23. @ClashClash89 on July 12, 2024 at 12:32 pm

I really don’t know if i’d be comfortable with washing hash that’s mildew contaminated… probably not.
I’d still try to salvage the buds without mildew, but the infected stuff would go into the compost…

  24. @james-gu4ge on July 12, 2024 at 12:33 pm

for pest s such as spider mites and others try 2 drops of original blue only dawn dish soap to 2 qts water and lightly spray the plant 2 times a week making sure to get the under side of the leaves the last week in veg give the plants a through shower twice with a good soil flush then start your flower stage with an EC of 1.6 and no more pest control . it should last thru bud stage remember to give at least 2 good flushes then back up 2 1.6 to 1.8 EC and final flush the last week with 2 days of total darkness before harvest good luck . and remember you can always use purge with auto sprayer every 20 minutes also!!

  25. @oskargibson7445 on July 12, 2024 at 12:33 pm

Seedstockers sells fake stuff imo. Wedding cake is a phenotype not a strain as well as runtz. WC is triangle mints #23 bred by seed junky. And dosidos original Breeder is Archive and it is no longer found in seed form. Actually non of those “Strains” aren’t available in seed form anymore unless you manage to come across a vault drop with a trustful Seedbank that have them. But all of these seed banks that say they breed their own runtz, WC, Dosidos and popular strains (that are actually cuts or phenos) are fake and won’t come close to the originals.

Thanks for uploading…always good to get other ideas and you do a really good job with the time lapse and keeping the viewer’s interest! No one is a master…everyone’s a student!! Together, perhaps we obtain master status!! 🙂 I have some ideas for you tho:

1)When you lollypop in prepping for the flip, just decore the middle leaf sets as well…better airflow throughout the plant’s core branches and no leaves stacked…layered…touching bottom of one to top of another leaf….ie: Decreaesed PM risk. Also allows the plant to bush out in the middle during the flower stretch when you decore/defoliate the middle! So, if you’ve got say a GG4, you may want to trim entire branches (as well as defoliate the rest that’s left) out of the middle- if you don’t want full bush! lol…matters on how much space you have for the plant, relative to your others! Also Depends on strain kinda thing…Sativa…not so much decoring kinda thing..as internodal spacing is increased.

2)For PM, I surphur spray them (Bonide powdered sulphur fungacide) prior to the flip 2x about 10 days-2 weeks apart and no more PM!! I used to have the PM show up in weeks 8 or 9 or flower only, then discovered new growth post last sulphur spray didn’t get any sulphur on those new leaves and that’s where PM was starting….and weight of buds was pushing them together late in flower…So, more trellis/support there and surphur spray 2x before their crowns develop and you should be ok….full coverage…and no mas PM!! I think you should be good on ventilation but I don’t know if I really paid that much attention! lol Ventilation high and low tho- I have three layers of ventilation now….No one should smoke those buds w PM…just google a 60X pic of PM and you’ll see why you don’t want that in your lungs! Anyway, I hope this helps you say goodbye to PM, if you haven’t already got it licked!! Kudos!!

  36. @joshp1342 on July 12, 2024 at 12:48 pm

I love your videos bro very informative and I can only say s*** happens I don’t know exactly understand what caused the air flow issue. You said you were using air from another tent, I can’t picture what u mean, you had a exhaust fan fan in another tent sucking air in or blowing?? I didn’t get what happened maybe I missed the key points of how you were venting, an how the humidity went up an not down unless that duct was blowing in air that had high moisture content. So first thing I thought of was man I just had same issue but not same way I never for 15 plus years I had one big nug in my dry room just had mold on one of the biggest buds it sucked to have to cut it off an toss it cause I don’t do washes yet just my situation I don’t have the space so what I did what got a bigger exhaust fan so I had a 6in. Exhaust I got a 8in infinity an used a reducer to connect to my existing 6in duct an now I don’t need to run it so hard I can use it on lower speed it’s not on full blast to exhaust an exchange air. So my only thing I can say is maybe try using a exhaust fan for your tent that’s way bigger then you might need an also you can use a 4in to push in which ever so both work less so if one ever would go out you still have a back up. Obviously you had a 4in inline fan an that was too small I assume. Anyways good job man I love the content keep up the buds an working it to bring us great strains an showing us problems that can happen to anyone even the best. So if anyone that is reading this long a** comment appreciate that you don’t have to deal with that beautiful plant molding to learn how important it is for air flow an don’t make the same mistake so it won’t ever waste all your hard work. Cause bud Rot just totally a heart breaker it’s basically garbage if we didn’t have all this new tech. An we all know how to freeze wet bud an wash for hash or rosin but 10yrs ago no one knew about all these new ways or extraction and rosin presses. So basically get a bigger exhaust fan an maybe keep a close eye on your babies when there so close to finish, mold can form over night keep in mind.

  38. @slimj091 on July 12, 2024 at 12:51 pm

Runtz is my favorite end of smoke sesh strain. It’s not overly sedative until you start coming down. Unlike other Indica dom’s I can actually enjoy it before it knocks me out.

  49. @SThompson953 on July 12, 2024 at 1:07 pm

I’m so glad you show examples of things that can go wrong. Always wondered what powdery mildew actually looks like, so thank you for showing such great pics! And being in AZ and my small tent getting around 82 degrees during the day is probably drying out my buds as they are growing. I didn’t think that was possible while still in a pot. Next grow I will definitely up the humidity more like 55% at least!
