In November, San Marcos voters will decide if they want low-level marijuana offenses to go unpunished. KVUE’s Conner Board shares that although many people are pushing to get the measure passed, there are questions about how it will be enforced.

2006 I was 19. I was put in jail for a joint in San Marcos for 9 months and 1 year of probation…
