Trust ne taking full grown leave off spots that are growing ne growth absolutely helps the plant specially indoors. I onl trim sucker leaves that are 100- 90% grown in full . I trimmed a few the ither day there was a few fan keaves covering ne stem growth and the leaves trying to grow covered by that fan leaf was sad , just within a day the plant and new grow sites are much happier. I always think of it as giving the plant a hair cut. And no do not cut every single leafe that will hurt the plant just the leaves that are in the way of light

Mosquito Bits are amazing for fungus gnats. It’s a completely harmless to people and pets bacteria loaded cereal you soak in water for 30 minutes before watering. The bacteria attack the fungus gnat eggs in the soil.
For me the first go knocked em all out, they resurged a few times but now seem eradicated.
So ironically today I got to learn just why fungus gnats are named fungus gnats as I had some white fungus growing on my soil.
