State lawmaker introduces bill to add regulations to cannabis products like Delta-8

Senator Richard Briggs (R – Knoxville) introduced a bill that would make it illegal for people to sell the products to anyone under 21 years old and adds a 5% tax.

    God man, I’m tired of these stupid law makers. This weed isn’t hurting children I don’t get how people don’t understand that weed isn’t bad NOBODY HAS DIED FROM WEED OVERDOSES! Even if children smoke its better than them getting ADDICTED TO NICOTINE AND ALCHOL!

    I thought this was hemp and not cannabis. Your title says it’s legal cannabis. Synthetic drugs are illegal. THC8 is a synthetic drug.
