Freedom of choice is freedom indeed, and after all it’s safer than the alcahol that’s already legal 👍💚🐯

Over 60٪ of Texan’s have no problem with weed and tried to be legalized several times yet theres one person who keeps wrecking it and it’s not the governor

  11. Mandoman on May 2, 2022 at 10:03 pm

Went to a few dispensaries in Trinidad CO, I couldn’t count all the Texas plates I saw in the parking lots. I couldn’t help but think how much money is leaving Texas. Colorado said they hope Texas enacts a 25 yr prison for getting caught with a joint.

  12. joseph price on May 2, 2022 at 10:03 pm

So they need money now they want to make it ok

Shame on the State of Texas Remove Ted Cruz the Insurrectionist Now!

  16. Dysfunctional Veteran on May 2, 2022 at 10:06 pm

Patrick in office it will never happen. Moved to Oklahoma from Texas for medical marijuana treatment for ptsd and head and neck injury with medical marijuana instead of 4 bottles of pain pills and 3 bottles if others.

  17. Josue Quiroz on May 2, 2022 at 10:09 pm

    Legalize it don’t Criticize it

  18. Sherry A. Presley on May 2, 2022 at 10:11 pm

Legalizing is necessary, because too many young adults lives are being ruined with a criminal record for possession. Id rather face a stoned driver than a drunk driver. There are so many things it is medically effective for.

  19. C Armstrong on May 2, 2022 at 10:11 pm

It need to legal and the state needs the $$$$

  20. Justin W on May 2, 2022 at 10:15 pm

We’re taking notes and we’re going to get rid of the problem starting with these clowns

  21. internet troll on May 2, 2022 at 10:21 pm

Alcohol is legal and it kills many people 😂

  22. Screaming Whispers on May 2, 2022 at 10:22 pm

As soon as we get rid of Dan Patrick, we can legalize.

  23. sour vampire on May 2, 2022 at 10:22 pm

Medical, decriminalization, and recreational are up to bat. Medical will pass, the other two would be hard with texas Senate leader.

  24. Jordan Cruz on May 2, 2022 at 10:22 pm

Just legalize it already stop bullshittin lol just copy colorado and we will be straight. Don’t copy Cali

  25. Fred Germain on May 2, 2022 at 10:25 pm

I wonder how much money big pharmaceutical companies pump into Dan Patricks campaign coffers. I’m a conservative through and through, but legalization only makes sense, if kids can’t get alcohol they won’t be able to get cannabis… like they don’t already 🙄

  26. G Issa on May 2, 2022 at 10:26 pm

As a Republican, I will no longer vote Republican, I am done w their narrative.

  27. scott webber on May 2, 2022 at 10:26 pm

What I don’t get is there’s tax money to b had n the people will pay it but the government’s don’t want it so weget taxed the way we don’t want to pay. This is a no brainer n if forsome reason it doesn’t work change it back or modify it. I think we need to try things without so much back n forth bullshit n if so change it for the better or jus say it didn’t work n drop it n move on I’m tired of feeling like the screw can b turned in by someone else. I’d like to turn it myself where I choose at least sometimes.

  28. Sharkdog37 on May 2, 2022 at 10:29 pm

The main reason marijuana is still illegal in TX is because of Dan Patrick & Greg Abbott (also Ted Cruz & Ken Paxton) There were over 60 bills filed in the TX legislature and only TWO of them passed! Ridiculous!! & the bills really weren’t that big of a change either. Dan Patrick dismisses all reform bills and delays legalization ……but I’ve been reading a lot & I really think TX is ready for change, when the elections come back around the people will know who to vote for and Abbot and Patrick will be OUT. Vote in officials who are pro-legalization and NOT in the pockets of legalizations competitors

  29. Tweny4hrBoozathn on May 2, 2022 at 10:30 pm

November 8 2022. Vote dan Patrick out of office!!

  30. francisco salto on May 2, 2022 at 10:31 pm

Legalize weed I’m tired of my drug dealer. He also sells crack btw. I just want to go to dispensary and buy some weed after work .

  31. Zombie Panda on May 2, 2022 at 10:31 pm

Legalize recreational marijuana safer than any other drugs out there and there is more than one way to consume it on light tobacco and in my opinion Texas as well as the rest of the United States needs to make a law things need to be 100% natural for them to be fit for human and animal consumption

  32. Roe Jogan on May 2, 2022 at 10:34 pm

Don’t California my Texas ! Keep your weed away from the Lone Star State

  33. Phillip Saucedo on May 2, 2022 at 10:34 pm

  38. Ryanpwnkins on May 2, 2022 at 10:38 pm

    END the Circus!

It’s clear the problem is the people in charge and not the innocent people partaking in a activity that’s safer than beer and cigarettes.

Dan Patrick and Greg Abbott need to go to make this goal achievable.

Vote them out, Dan Patrick doesn’t represent me or my values and what I can consume.

  39. Cd Adams on May 2, 2022 at 10:39 pm

    Free the weed!

  40. Andy Smith on May 2, 2022 at 10:39 pm

I view Dan Patrick as unacceptable.

    Thank Christ for the plug.

  42. Wes O on May 2, 2022 at 10:40 pm

With Biden cut on Texas oil then we all need weed and casino in richest state of Texas

  43. videovisions on May 2, 2022 at 10:41 pm

They vote no on marijuana while they pop their prescription pills and wash it down with alcohol. Texas, where we have the freedom to not wear a mask and put others in danger, but not the freedom to smoke marijuana which harms no one.

  44. SKULLY MACK on May 2, 2022 at 10:43 pm

Texas Republican Politicians are quite comfortable with the amount of money they collect from jailing mostly blacks and, hispanics for minor weed offenses and, getting the privatized jail kick back cash they set up long ago as well as, continuing their FAKE CHRISTIAN VALUES LIE (EVERY MINORITY FELON CREATED IS ONE LESS POTENTIAL DEMOCRATIC VOTER OF THE FUTURE)… Texans do not have the right to vote for themselves on the issue (IMAGINE THAT) which leaves it to the corrupt racist Republicans who are smoking as they please at the mansion daily. Surrounding legal states politicians are laughing at our elected fools all the way to the bank as they watch their weekend weed tourists pile in by the thousands to spend millions to enjoy what every state with a brain has now accepted…Texas Law Enforcement doesn’t seem to care one way or, the other about weed – They just do the job asked of them by these CLOWNS!

  45. CJ Brown on May 2, 2022 at 10:44 pm

    Dan Patrick gotta go!!!

  46. Jayde on May 2, 2022 at 10:47 pm

We need to get all of these idiots out of Texas office. We need new leaders some that aren’t illiterate and blind to their ignorance!

  47. blues man on May 2, 2022 at 10:47 pm

Let’s hope that Texas uses the revenue of the marijuana sales instead of.. using our Homes property taxes as their cash cow. I starting to feel like I’m a renter and
that’s not good as a senior on a fixed income.

  48. Levi Bailey on May 2, 2022 at 10:48 pm

Come on Dan Patrick your holding up progress.

  49. Wander Lost on May 2, 2022 at 10:51 pm

You know how I know Covid is B.S. Biden said he would legalize Cannabis but he needs more research, its a plant that has been around since forever since and has been recreationally used for thousands of years! Now we had the pandemic, they had a few months to create the vaccine with little research and they passed the vaccine easy. Who do you trust, God or man?! God made man, man made Governments, Government made Gods pharmacy and work illegal?! If I remember correctly it states: In God We Trust on our currency; Not Incorporated We Trust.

  50. Blop on May 2, 2022 at 10:51 pm

Texas is full of freedom, expect allowing adults to choose what to consume on their own time
