Is Marijuana grown in house and sold, reported as Farm income and expenses or as ordinary business income and expenses?

It is illegal under racist confederate ideology. It is legal under the union (United States of America) Constitution. Only a criminal who doesn’t respect others cultures and beliefs under federal constitutional law should be punished not the ones exercising their rights they earned LEGALLY into this great Free nation that’s what the constitution is for to free yourself individual from tyranny and opression. That’s why we are Americans . Not confederates.
