I don’t think there should be jail time unless it’s a dealer. I think it should stay illegal though.

  2. Mario Garza on May 2, 2022 at 9:58 pm

It’s about time to legalize marijuana that’s why I am voting for Beto in Tx for governor

  3. Squiggly Doo on May 2, 2022 at 9:59 pm

It’s only a matter of time.

Let me tell you why the people of TX need to vote for pro legalization officials. Because you have people like ME who live in TX but have a medical card from Oklahoma so instead of buying from crummy street dealers I only drive an hour to a dispensary 👍🏻 this election year is going to be very important for TX because it’s going to determine legalizations fate if you think about it. If the Republicans win it could mean YEARS of set back

I have been buying pot from the government for 2 years.

A good thing about this election is that a good number of candidates both left and right are down for legalization.

Texas has always been anti choice. Texas is an Authoritian State. People in Texas talk freedom but the republican tyranny is making sure no one is free. May the democrats take over Texas. FREEDOM OF CHOICE IS FREEDOM.

No to mariguana. But yes to medicinal Hemp which so beneficial to many patients derived from the leaf of the mariguana. We don’t meet more addicts in the street. CBD is a life saver and none addictive.

If you still think prohibition is right…You have NO right to ever claim you are pro liberty, or pro small government.
In reality, at this point, given the mountain of data we have…If you are against full legalization you are just a reefer madness believing government bootlicker.

Grow up. Act like a god damned American who supports liberty.

    Support legalization.

Do you know how many people in Texas smoke weed ? As a Texan I can say almost everyone I meet smokes or just doesn’t care about, Why stock pile jails if nothing will change… JUST LET US SMOKE 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I agree with beto on weed but his policy on guns is just stupid

  14. Robert Davis on May 2, 2022 at 10:27 pm

I am a Christian conservative, very much so…but I believe that prohibition has never and will never work. Close the border and crank up the Texas shadehouses…Texas homegrown without lengthy prison stay…win/win

Why not let the people vote wether we want it legal or not? Shouldn’t our opinion as a whole matter more than like 10 or 20 people that have a superiority complex?

  16. KoopaSlayer on May 2, 2022 at 10:40 pm

The Lieutenant Govenor is what makes me not even want to vote for Abbot this year. He needs to realize the young republican base wants legalized Marijuana and Partrick is holding it back.

  17. Elbert Moreno on May 2, 2022 at 10:42 pm

Getting rid of Republicans is a start
