I go to a pain management clinic because I rods in my back and it’s very painful to live like this on a daily basis my pain level stays very high if I smoked a joint and get caught I am going to be fired from the pain management clinic and that should never happen I mean if you can go to a pain management clinic and drink all the alcohol you want and they don’t do nothing but you can’t smoke a joint you will be fired and once you get fired it’s hard to ever find another pain management doctor at least takes 3 years before you can ever find another one I’m so tired of these wishy-washy ass laws I wish they would just legalize it and make it legal

This isnt the Spice/K2 argument so many try to make it out to be. This is about a legal product that only becomes illegal after sale and heat. D8 is a interesting argument.

For those confused, THCa flower is the exact same flower cannabis at the dispensary, It’s just grown with a slightly different methodology and that is why it is different and classified as hemp. The reason why this loophole exists is because growing is well documented. Heat causes THCa to convert to THC. Growers can temperature control and make sure the THCa content does not convert so that it stays under 0.3% THC on first dry weight when harvesting and testing. They can engineer their grow rooms, and harvest to make it where the plant under all circumstances converts as little THCa as possible during growing and harvest. This way it is legally classified as hemp, though it is the exact same cannabis you would buy at a dispensary.

There is no chemicals, no additives, It is just cannabis grown in a very specific way to get under 0.3% THC and be classified as hemp, while being just as potent as normal cannabis you would buy at the dispensary.

THCa converts to THC in three methods.
    1. Leaving a plant in direct sunlight with heat(Sun, UV rays). Think about how on a very hot day in the desert the sun is hot enough to burn things, as well as heat things up to 150F+ in a centralized spot over a day. This can easily activate the THCa in weed

    2. Room temperature over weeks and a little light can turn THCa into THC upwards of 20% of the plant.

    3. Lighting it on fire and smoking it or vaporizing it, which is the act of you getting high.

I’m not a grower but that seems to be the summary of it.

Will the US government change the bill so people stop ordering ounces upon ounces of weed online to their front doors in illegal states like Texas? Probably not, they already let the cat out of the bag, 76% of all states in America have at least decriminalized it or made it medicinal.

Everyone in america can order legal cannabis to get high to their front door without reprecussions, and even if it’s not legal in their state for consumption, they are still going to smoke it anyways if everyone can buy it legally online…

Will the US government make cannabis legal nationwide and end the state separation where some people enjoy a freedom and others do not? Find out next time!

Do I need to have a license to sell THCA – Delta 9 Online ? Or delta 8 because both of them 0.3 thc ?

  18. @jimflask1164 on June 19, 2024 at 10:44 am

Does that mean indica has never been illegal?

  19. @justin131999 on June 19, 2024 at 10:44 am

So if I were to, for example, grow cannabis in georgia and sell it to my homies, it’s not illegal because I’m selling legal "hemp"? And since it’s technically legal, I would assume I can have as many plants as I want.

  20. @DR.Poncho-dx4zr on June 19, 2024 at 10:44 am

Does it still show up positive for Marijuana in a blood drug test?

The reason I ask is because that is one of the components found in the bloodstream after use of marijuana with delta 9 (Dissipates) in the bloodstream. The legal system still arrest & sometimes even convicts people of dui/dwi this way, even when they haven’t been impaired for some time after use. It doesn’t matter because if any person even admits to smoking to an officer, 99% of the time they will be charged with it based on that single admission.

  23. @bradbaum9070 on June 19, 2024 at 10:50 am

But it seems like it is still illegal to put THC and/or CBD in food, beverages and Supplements? As FDA has not recognized them as GRAS?

  24. @bodyrumuae2914 on June 19, 2024 at 10:51 am

So, does this mean I don’t have to worry about the MM license or anything my state has and I could buy seeds to grow for my own use without having to go through any legal process, as long as it stays under the Delta-9 THC percentage?

  25. @ErgoCogita on June 19, 2024 at 10:52 am

There’s a reason why the Healthcare System doesn’t want you smoking marijuana cuz basically it’s an herbal remedy for all kinds of problems you know a long time ago these herbal places you could go to to buy vitamins and stuff like that they used to be looked on as a good thing now they’re trying to shut them all down why because it helps you and they want all the money the Healthcare System wants all the money they are such money hungry pieces of trash you just wouldn’t believe how bad they really are

In Tennessee to grow any amount of hemp regardless if it’s for personal use or commercial you have to have a license it’s super expensive for the little person too (like $500-$750/yr which completely defeats the purpose of growing it for yourself if you wanted to save money) and you have to submit to testing and all sorts of other bs. I can’t wait for it to be legal everywhere and I can just grow my own 😭

Tom, I have a very successful CBD / THCa store in MS. I want to expand more in my State and TN, however worried about the potential new 2024 Farm Bill that would outlaw all intoxicating cannabinoids. How worried should I be about this passing? Afraid to expand on the fact that nobody making the laws knows what they are doing and no one can even explain the current laws with these cannabinoids. What are the chances that even if the new Farm bill outlaws all theses cannabinoids that States will have the choice on whether or not to make them legal in their individual States like CO did with MJ in 2012? I was able to get a bill in MS killed this year outlawing theses cannabinoids & buying MS time to educate lawmakers and show them there is a way to have these cannabinoids legal, keep the public safe, not market towards children, and keep those under 21 from purchasing the product, and currently forming a lobbying group to build a coalition in our State and funding it so that our industry has representation on capital hill in MS to help write common sense regulation. This I can do, fighting the Federal Government might be more than I can bite off, and why I am worried. Any insight you can provide or have heard would be helpful when I go back and talk with State Legislators. Thanks for what you do. http://www.HempVilleCBD.com

  45. @philbertov823 on June 19, 2024 at 11:18 am

Cannabis has been proven safer than alcohol, and accordingly, should be legal for recreational use not only on the federal level, but in all 50 states as well. There is no reason this shouldn’t happen and every reason for it to. Delta-8 & THC A is legal until your state bans them, it’s about to happen here in S. Carolina.

Here in Pennsylvania is still illegal recreationally. However there’s a dispensary near me who say "no medical card needed". It’s even written on their sign. I’m very curios how this can be but haven’t looked into it yet.

Mrs Richards: "It’s not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window ? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?…"
Mrs Richards: "Don’t be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it’s over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I’m not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa’s not erupting at the moment ?"
