Look at these delusional cannabis consumers looking for a excuse and avoiding scientific facts.

  2. Have Fun, Or Else! on February 14, 2023 at 10:19 pm

Basically all they’re actually talking about, pertinent to their discussion, is Paclobutrazol, yet they use broad strokes across the entire world of PGR’s as if they’ve all been banned for decades and the stuff is pure poison. The fact is all, I repeat ALL plants are full off them, and all, I repeat ALL (okay maybe only 97% of) store bought produce has been treated with them (quite possibly post-harvest). If you’ve ever eaten broccoli then you’ve eaten ‘fresh’ 6BA (post-harvest dunking the heads into 6BA aka BAP solution to keep them crisp on the shelves is industry standard). You like seedless grapes? Guess what, the grape bunches, all of them, are sprayed with GA3 + CPPU to make them that way. The list goes on and on with any of at least a dozen cross-industry standard PGR’s, that is, they each tend to have various although sometimes specific food plant industrial uses. From there plants all have various chemical analogs of the various synthetic chems industry has adopted, and in this context few outside of the various natural substances industry has likewise adopted have had much in-depth studies in terms of these isolates against human health. This video is akin to irrational emotional ORGANIC FOOD OR DIE propaganda on a several levels; the sorts that pay no thought towards the realities that plants are already loaded with pesticides (such as caffeine); that all chems break down naturally meaning if they’re used within proper guidelines on proper crops there’s little threat (especially considering that antioxidants tend to take care of actual toxins for us). Where organic food industry propaganda completely fails to mention that the real human health problems are primarily related to processed foods (where pesticides & GMO’s surely make them even less par), this video’s premise would have us believe that plants aren’t already full of PGR’s naturally, at every stage in every part (even when the fruits are rotting). THis kind of reminds me of how the EPA has classified virtually all PGR’s as "pesticides", despite the fact only a handful of special class hormones (Brassinosteroids, Salicylic Acid, Nitrophenolates) do trigger plants to produce their own natural pesticides to deal with their pests via their own natural means.

All the people claiming this is bullshit or discrediting this are greedy weed dealers who don’t care what the consumer gets

  4. Simon Glascott on February 14, 2023 at 10:19 pm

Does this mean that many of the studies on cannabis are skewed due to plant growth regulators interfering with how the body is effected?

  5. KK B on February 14, 2023 at 10:22 pm

    You reap what you sow.

  6. Mitchell Landau on February 14, 2023 at 10:22 pm

Our food supply is doused with chemicals. I think that is much more important then weed regulation.

  7. mrtimjitsu on February 14, 2023 at 10:22 pm

So a certain chemical, when ingested, can be toxic to the liver? News flash, pretty much every chemical or drug you ingest is toxic to the liver on some level. Tylenol has a high liver toxicity, but I bet you take it when you have a headache and don’t even think twice. The liver is a filter, it’s job is to stop all the bad stuff from entering the bloodstream.

  8. Non Available on February 14, 2023 at 10:27 pm

So what s stopping our governments from raiding these companies and shutting down their poison producing factories ONCE AND FOR ALL ??????!!!!!!

  9. Dane M on February 14, 2023 at 10:27 pm

Dude in the white lab coat has had a few hits on the old pipe at lunch by The looks of it

  10. Dank, Jank or Stank? on February 14, 2023 at 10:28 pm

Those chemicals are specifically for ornamental plants.
There are still plenty of Plant Growth Regulators that are used every day in food crops. I have 3 in my fridge right now; Gibberellin, Auxin, and Abscisic acid. This is a very biased, and incorrect video. People who put these chemicals on their plants are not professionals, and are breaking the law.

Soaking one year old cow dung cakes in water for 8-10 days i believe produces Humic,Acid, Fulvic Acid, Gibberlins. Check out some videos.

Wow a video of lies. Propaganda huh.

    California bans pretty much everything.

  15. PauliBhoy on February 14, 2023 at 10:36 pm

Never heard of anyone using PGRs on Cannabis except as rooting hormone for cloning, which is how most cloning of all plants is done

  16. Running Bear on February 14, 2023 at 10:38 pm

    100

  17. dlhvac1 on February 14, 2023 at 10:38 pm

Brassinolide is a beneficial natural plant growth regulating hormone I give it to my cold sensitive citrus in winter never lost frost sensitive varieties even the pomelo benefits by heavy flowering with hardly any fruit drop so that I must remove some fruits to keep branches from breaking

  18. dikke j on February 14, 2023 at 10:39 pm

There’s also natural PGR’s and they are awesome! For example: auxins, cytokinins, gibberelins, salicylic acid, abiscic acid etc. Most of these are naturally present in a good kelp/algea supplement.

  19. Jason Myers on February 14, 2023 at 10:39 pm

This video is a sales pitch, not an education, and has little actionable information, as a simple flip through SC labs results pages makes apparent: there are few, if any, samples that anyone actually pays for to have tested for PGRs. Furthermore, the video does not discuss the widely used PGRs indole butyric acid, 6-BAP, napthalene acetic acid, triacontanol, brassinolide, or gibberelic acid. Considering that it mostly features sales staff, I suppose that is not too big a surprise.

  20. Matt Harris on February 14, 2023 at 10:39 pm

plenty of dirty farmers out there. funny thing, it is cheaper, easier, healthier, and more powerful to make your own sprouted seed teas. nature’s own PGRs, works like steroids, and reduces the amount of fertilizer you will need for a cycle.

  21. the hungry hungry Gardner H on February 14, 2023 at 10:41 pm

it should be legal it’s natural now now that it’s legal let’s put some chemicals on it and Freebase maybe cannabis isn’t the drug for you

  22. tohopes on February 14, 2023 at 10:43 pm

Paclobutrazol fed to rodents was found to damage their livers, but I suspect that it’s much less damaging to livers than alcohol… and yet it’s legal to sell alcoholic beverages!

  23. Marc Carranza on February 14, 2023 at 10:43 pm

Dr zodiaks moonrock on IG dipping in the distillate video looking like some greenhouse PGR boof🤮

  24. David Sturtz on February 14, 2023 at 10:45 pm

This video does not distinguish between natural plant growth regulators, such as IBA or GA3 and synthetic.  As such it is deceptive or ignorant.. Naturally occurring plant growth regulators are not banned by the EPA for use on food crops.

  25. brendan on February 14, 2023 at 10:45 pm

    paclobutrizol

  26. 1charlastar on February 14, 2023 at 10:47 pm

I’d like to see you focus on individual plant growth regulators and tell us the science of WHY each is dangerous rather than just saying, "TRUST US.  This whole genera of chemicals is DANGEROUS."  Just because the EPA says something may be dangerous does not necessarily make it true.

  27. peter germain on February 14, 2023 at 10:48 pm

Triacontanol is a powerful natural stimulant, it plays an important role during the whole cannabis growth.
Excellent ability to help cannabis increasing photosynthesis, roots & flower formation and development.

Hi I’m doing an essay on Gibberellic Acid, is it in any way similar to DNA?

  42. Jeremy Seeker on February 14, 2023 at 11:04 pm

People are spraying weed with pesticides they don’t give a fuck some will even put microscopic glass beads.  BE AWARE PEOPLE.  TRUST YOUR SOURCE.  Theres a lot of tainted weed out there!

  43. SW33TSUBL1ME on February 14, 2023 at 11:06 pm

I noticed he was specifically saying hydroponics, why is that?

  44. Michael Nagle on February 14, 2023 at 11:07 pm

The weed business still attracts the same sort of lowlifes that it did in 1970. Legalizing changed nothing.

  45. Kluk z kvjetinace on February 14, 2023 at 11:07 pm

Well super informative. Some compounds in it are toxic for liver and its metabolite too. I would expect more further information of the compound and in which way is it toxic. This just looks like you do not want people to have bigger harvest so you can claim all the money.

  46. Mordy S on February 14, 2023 at 11:10 pm

I heard there’s a study they injected rodents with tons of water and they died. Please don’t feed your plants water it’s poison! LOL. These PGRs especially the synthetic ones (yes most are actually natural just carbon oxygen hydrogen mostly) can mess up your plants and not worth it. You can get many natural PGRs and dilute it well if u feel like experimenting.

  47. j ason g on February 14, 2023 at 11:10 pm

If regulators are bad for you, why haven’t other countries banned their use and why are we importing fruit that has been treated with regulators?

    What about super thrive?

  49. Sarah Stauffer on February 14, 2023 at 11:15 pm

Medical marijuana??? So the medical industry isn’t regulated? There should be regulations to keep people safe, when getting weed from their Dr.
