Anti cannibis infected these idiot lawmakers to purposely delay our Ohio citizens right to have what we voted for intentionly delayed.Dewine hated that Ohio has recreational cannibis.

  7. @stevewoodzell1618 on January 28, 2024 at 4:46 am

I bet you could get at least two harvests in B4 they even get off they asses grow your own Ohio 6 plants 💯❤️

  8. @Steve-dl6vm on January 28, 2024 at 4:47 am

No limit on home grow or potency – there is no compromise on what was passed. Quit trying to tell us what to do and how to do it. That is not your job as a ‘representative’. Enough is enough, now get it done.

  9. @mudslutmusic9052 on January 28, 2024 at 4:47 am

    Keep sending money to Michigan

  10. @brownsfan-gg7gy on January 28, 2024 at 4:48 am

So if they wanna make it legal faster why they trying to change all the stuff that we voted on if it was just a time thing why would the potency change on products and why the amount u can grow and taxes change

  11. @user-yv3lf6dn1o on January 28, 2024 at 4:51 am

Ohio voters. We need to get together. Protest. Vote people out. When we the people vote. Issue 1 or 2 or any. And who we vote in they are to pit in motion things we vote in. Asap. AND NOT TRY TO CHANGE THINGS FOR THERE WAYS. Like owning a gun our constitution protects this they try to make up all kinds of bullcrap. You can own a gun and buy legal alcohol alcohol is worse than weed. On many issues we the people vote in. They try to mess with us control us. That’s communist socialist stuff. Elections are coming up. Don’t vote in people who don’t do as the public says voters. They work for us.

  12. @stevewoodzell1618 on January 28, 2024 at 4:57 am

Grow your own now! Youll be smoking b4 they ever figure anything out💯

  13. @rileyfindley7207 on January 28, 2024 at 4:58 am

Where do you buy seeds from ? Can anyone help me

  14. @tvviewer4500 on January 28, 2024 at 4:58 am

Just grow your own weed. put crushed limestone and elemental sulfur in the soil and a table spoon of molasses in along with each nutrient feeding for max buddage. microbes will break down the sulfur into sulfuric acid. The soil will work better the longer everything is melded. a 4×4 growtent can get you a pound of weed every 4 months.

  15. @topdoghotdog on January 28, 2024 at 4:59 am

    dewine is a doofus

  16. @darthbabyyoda9538 on January 28, 2024 at 5:00 am

I stopped asking my mommy if it was okay to do anything a long time ago. Guess mommy can just get over it.

  17. @BajatheChickenMan on January 28, 2024 at 5:01 am

The people have spoken, these politicians need to sit down and shut up.

  18. @donpacaso on January 28, 2024 at 5:02 am

The law the way we voted on stands right now so them taking there time only delays dispensaries GROW YOUR 6 or 12 plants!

  19. @iradorsey4771 on January 28, 2024 at 5:03 am

The next governor election, the younger generation in ohio should not vote for dewine again

  20. @rickybobby6579 on January 28, 2024 at 5:03 am

they said they will have the policy already by 4/20

  21. @michaeldesilvio221 on January 28, 2024 at 5:05 am

Over 26 states have legalized recreational use of marijuana. It’s a short drive from Ohio to Michigan and they’ve got some delightful stores in Michigan.

  22. @klacy5555 on January 28, 2024 at 5:05 am

    Bait and switch.

  23. @denial-and-error on January 28, 2024 at 5:05 am

I love how they want to give money to the police, since they can’t make money on bust us for weed anymore , they want to give them the tax money . They can go suck on a cream stick. Will more money stop them from being crooked, and hurting innocent people, prolly not .

  24. @ChoppedBananas on January 28, 2024 at 5:06 am

I know it probably has to do with Federal law, but I find it so silly that I can have a basement literally full of Jack Daniels or guns for that matter, but I am only allowed to possess 2.5 ounces of a marijuana. Now, I know nobody is knocking on my door to check my stash (and I don’t use marijuana often enough to have that much on me at one time) but it is still so goddamn absurd!

  25. @jasonshaffer1717 on January 28, 2024 at 5:07 am

Better prices and better deals in Michigan anyway. I’ll still be headed north.

  26. @john4148 on January 28, 2024 at 5:07 am

    Stolen/coveted plant

  27. @platinumtoast on January 28, 2024 at 5:08 am

ohio did a great job allowing homegrow, wish NJ would see how all these new states have let their patients homegrow. Props to Ohio!

  28. @wtlandry2 on January 28, 2024 at 5:09 am

At least all the plugs haven’t dried up. These people are morons. Absolute morons.

  29. @thatoneguy378 on January 28, 2024 at 5:09 am

    Vote them out

  30. @bustownbc6324 on January 28, 2024 at 5:13 am

Funny how when we vote they try 2 wiggle their way out of it, and or drag their feet…get rid of dewine since he wants 2 ignore the voters

  31. @josephsaunders8618 on January 28, 2024 at 5:14 am

You cannot intentionally grown an inferior plant. Illogical

  32. @shadowhunterofdeath on January 28, 2024 at 5:15 am

The house didn’t leave it in limbo it was know from the start it was going to take up to 9 months, what they are trying to do even the house but the house isn’t trying to gut it or make the total tax 37% the gov needs out, the senate needs out Issue 2 state loud and clear what it was yet they are trying to change it in every angle. Leave Issue 2 alone if anything add to Issue 2 not take away like every single one of them, it’s show we the people see it, how about you leave the rules to the board that was to be governing that part like alcohol, let issue 2 be for at least a year then fix what needs to be fixed you haven’t even given something a chance that 57% of the people voted for.

  33. @jamesgregory4274 on January 28, 2024 at 5:16 am

    Vote Them Out.

  34. @SandmanTrials on January 28, 2024 at 5:16 am

WRONG! The House is standing up for the voters, by trying to make sure the ballot measures we voted for are enacted. Blame Dewine and a small majority of Senators for ever trying to overrule the will of the people!

  35. @freethinker2350 on January 28, 2024 at 5:17 am

We have hypocritical dullards in the state legislature who talk freedom then fight the will of the voters. Meanwhile, Michigan and the black market get money we can use in Ohio. Nice job, you stupid rubes!

  36. Jane B on January 28, 2024 at 5:17 am

We gave them a new school we will pay for the next 38 years. (people no longer have a VOICE.) Passed by repulicans and demacrates.
What a decrace ohio is. Politics over people.
We shouldn’t have to move because of our politions.
People you lost your vote .
Y.S.U politions put johnson in. No one will say how this HAPPENED.
    Behind closed
    doors. 🙇‍♀️

  37. @bsig1820 on January 28, 2024 at 5:17 am

Grow your own 🪴 buy your seeds online and get going

  38. @PhuryousOne on January 28, 2024 at 5:18 am

In limbo? I’ve been going to Michigan since last July. No limbo here. Ohio is just fumbling serious tax money. DeWine is an idiot. He’s never smoked a joint in his life but wants to dictate the rules around it. Kick rocks, scumbag!

  39. @jefftheis742 on January 28, 2024 at 5:20 am

It wasn’t about cannabis it was about what was in the rest of the packaged bill, when will you people learn how to smell a rat

  40. @surferbri5346 on January 28, 2024 at 5:22 am

Too bad ohio, anybody that can drive will continue to shop in michigan because the prices are that much better

  41. @danb5595 on January 28, 2024 at 5:24 am

    Who is waiting on this?

  42. @gonzoids7911 on January 28, 2024 at 5:26 am

Laws don’t get passed unless someone makes money off of it. Those people don’t become in charge to be broke.

  43. @Old_Sailor85 on January 28, 2024 at 5:30 am

The black market has been alive and well for decades. Stop using that as an excuse for anything.

Just let the dispensaries sell to the general public. I don’t care one way or the other, at least I don’t have to worry about growing a couple of plants if I choose.

Who the hell needs 12 plants for "personal use"?

  44. @user-gq2ep3sp9k on January 28, 2024 at 5:32 am

I figured it will take them at least a year to get there shit together

  45. @davidmanevich1040 on January 28, 2024 at 5:32 am

At least the house is still going with what we voted for. The senate needs to be voted out of office

  46. @micheleruggiero9553 on January 28, 2024 at 5:32 am

    Bums

  47. @seant2808 on January 28, 2024 at 5:37 am

Vote your old fogies OUT. They will always block new ideas!!! Just imagine how much money is already going out of state that you could be using!

  48. @tominglis3465 on January 28, 2024 at 5:39 am

The People have spoken with their vote. Politicians ignore it at their own peril. Remember their names when you vote. Contribute to those that run against them.

  49. @--.--.-- on January 28, 2024 at 5:39 am

This is going to cost a lot of Ohio politicians their elected office. dewine is done and the GOP is in serious trouble.

  50. @user-bo4gw1xj4u on January 28, 2024 at 5:40 am

Give voters what they passed, we can grow now, continue doing what we have been doing for years, until we can buy in Ohio in 9 months or so, no excuses to change what the voters passed.
