It’s a peace pipe. When Europeans made first contact with Native American Tribes, it could be war or peace. The Europeans brought the pipe hawk and offered it as a gift. They smoked the peace pipe tomahawk. The hatchet was symbolic. It could have been war. Not all pot smokers are idiots. If you didn’t have the stereotype, I suppose you wouldn’t have any anything at all. Good Luck with that.

Old versions of peace pipes could be used as weapons, because they were made better. They were used mostly as ceremonial items though.
