True HPA system parts. Quick overview of how to assemble a high pressure aeroponic system.

In this video I show exactly how the parts are assembled to create everything needed before your root chamber for a true high pressure aeroponic system. We are selling True HPA parts again on our website www.aeroponicgrowers.com Understanding the basics of the parts needed and which direction they go together will help you in developing your own aeroponic system.

Is the high pressure switch the same as a tank shut off I saw in the "other people buy" section of Amazon on a link to the 8800 aquatech pump?

Which nozzles do you use to produce < 50 micron mist with pressures below 100 psi?

  3. Gis on June 16, 2022 at 8:33 am

Hi, i can’t find the 2 high pressure switch you suggested 🤔 only 40 to 60 psi range.
I’m in Europe, any suggestions? Thanks for your video

Thank you for the video! Would you have a link for the Tee at the end of your line, the one that connects the spray nozzle? Thank you

    Where the links at.?

amazing video, so straight forwards and in such explicit detail, I rarely comment but this video taught me ALOT

I have a question about accumulator tanks! I was a bit worried about using a steel tank, since in event of it going over-pressure it will explode. Have you tried using a nylon accumulator tank like this one https://www.wmjmarine.com/shu182200.html I know it’s quite small, but I only want to make a small system for using in the kitchen to grow microgreens! Thanks!

Hi, Good day! Amazing videos, and learning a lot from them. I have a very basic naive question. What will happen if we remove the accumulator tank from the system, and we run the system 10 second on / 5 minute off? Can we not operate the pump-in-the box with external pressure switch in between 80PSI to 110 PSI, with cutoff at 110 PSI? I want to learn the cons of such an arrangement. – Motive behind such a question is I want to make a mist closet for wheatgrass growing. Want to place sprouted wheats on plastic / fibre tray and want to operate 45-60micron mist system (nozzle – head down) throwing from 12 to 18 inch above of the tray.

What would I need for 12 10 gallon containers I would want at least four misters per container All of them connected on one drain using a recirculating system. Thanks.

great video for an overall visualization. thanks!

How to control the solution temperature inside the accumulator? And how about ph fluctuations? And the temperature in the root zone?

Im having issues with my misters. I purchased the black tee misters with brass misters. But they are always failing. I have a pressure pump but no reservoir I just have it siphoning from the reservoir. The pressure pump is an Aquatech 120psi pump with 3/8" push connectors. I have 2 containers both 5 ft long with 4 plant sites with 2 misters to each plant site for a total of 16 brass misters with .4 nozzle opening. Can you please tell me what im doing wrong? I dont have a filter before the pump so ill add that. But still it acts like the pressure pump cant keep up. Am I asking too much from that pump to power 16 brass .4 hole misters? Are those misters acceptable to use? If not what misters should i use? I want a fine mist not a spray. Trying to stay under that 50 micron limit.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

how doesthat timer hold up? trying to decide if should just buy the nearpow or build one.

awesome video. thank you so much. told me everything i needed to know in one short video.

When you switch your nutrients from veg to flower, do you purge the system, or just change the nutes in the reservoir and don’t worry about the some of the old veg nutes mixing with the flower nutes? Same goes if your nutes are getting old and you want to change them out. I’m thinking the accumulator tank holds some amount of nutes that should be emptied first?
    Thank you!!!
I’m doing DWC and my research shows this is a better way to go. As an engineer, I really dig this method!

Have you ever had pump damage from the oscillating pressure at the check valve right after the pump?

  17. Eneko Arbizu on June 16, 2022 at 8:50 am

First of all, congratulations on the video from Spain I would like to know how many nebulizers you can connect to this configuration … And at what pressure should it work if you want to connect 8 netafin coolnet pro nebulizers. I would very much appreciate your knowledge in Spain we are very eager to master this technique

This is awesome man I wanted to do something like this like 20years ago. Just wondering how big of a system can this setup scale up?

  19. RT on June 16, 2022 at 8:52 am

I just built my own system using mostly this video. You took a complicated system and made it very easy to understand. Thank you sir!

Could you list all components to amazon where you bough it? I can’t find some of the right parts

  22. Jacob Chang on June 16, 2022 at 8:55 am

I am just sooo intrigued with your system.
But, as a complete newbie, a question comes to mind. Wouldn’t it be easier to just use a paint spray system, where instead of paint, you’re spraying nutrition water?
Also, does the Accumulator Tank need to be repressurized, and if so how often?

  23. Cheddar Goblin on June 16, 2022 at 8:57 am

Great video! I would love if you could do a video detailing the draining/cycle back into the reservoir. I saw a really brief look into it but it was lacking in comparison to this video

Hello, I have a 100psi pressure switch and aquatec 8800 pump. I cant seem to get the pump to turn off. I tried closing the valve before the solenoid and the gauge just sits at 100psi. I have my accumulator set at 80psi.

I appreciate your time and effort.

  25. brutus jb on June 16, 2022 at 8:59 am

You really don’t need any of the tanks or anything. All you need is a high pressure diaphragm pump and a timer. And high atomizing nozzles. Like the ones they use in the south "fogging nozzles". Preferably stainless steel

  26. RT on June 16, 2022 at 9:08 am

How do you keep the water in the accumulator tank cold? My res that feeds into the pump is chilled but the water warms up before it gets to the sprayers. Any advice?

  27. Wall Street Voice on June 16, 2022 at 9:11 am

Finally a video that just simply shows the system. Thanks x 1000000

  28. ZeTugz on June 16, 2022 at 9:11 am

Amazing video man thanks for telling me to check it out. I have this layout myself but its great for a video to go through it linearly. What do you think of mounting your expansion tanks upside down?

great review of an entire system

    Hi all!

How do we calculate the number of misting cycles to select a recycle timer?

Let’s say, i need to put the misters on for 3 seconds for every 3 minute off cycle. Here what is the number of misting cycles that i should be looking at for selecting a timer/controller?

I am a newbie to Aeroponics & i am trying to learn about the controller. Any help will be much appreciated!😁

Do the nozzels clog up often?
Is this system easy to maintain/clean?
What pressure range and nozzel size would be best for Lettuce, Spinach, and other greens?

  33. Austin Johnson on June 16, 2022 at 9:23 am

Amazing video helped me out a lot. Now how do you stop sprayers from getting clogged?

  34. angel esteban on June 16, 2022 at 9:24 am

    great

  35. Dr Skyhook on June 16, 2022 at 9:25 am

How far should the check valve be from the pump? The pump shuts off if I close the tank, but stays on if the tank is open. It was shutting off before.
